Why is Tire Discounters selling 3 year old tires as "New" product? I purchased 4 ******* P4 tires yesterday and when I got home realized they were manufactured in Dec/2021 and January 2022. Most reputable tire installers advise to replace tires when the tread wear requires or 6 years from the manufacture date. Regardless of where old unused tires are stored there is the possibility they could deteriorate quicker than expected. The manager at Eastgate also said they did not have any P4's made in the last 12 months and that the model was discontinued. I returned the car and instead bought 4 ******** tires made in 2024 at a higher ($150) cost. Today I checked with *******, and the P4 tires are still being manufactured.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Do not come to the Tire Discounters on Winton Road. The front desk mechanic is taking advantage of new customers. They are not upfront with what is the actual issue with your vehicle. Save yourself the headache and some money. Do not do business with this establishment. Their customer service is disgraceful.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I originally came to Tire Discounters to have a professional inspect noise coming from my vehicle while the wheels were in motion. I explained to the front desk tech what I was experiencing and how an automotive repair shop I consulted with suggested new tires. Instead of Tire Discounters doing their own due diligence in diagnosing the actual issue with my vehicle, new tires were installed as I waited with my two younger children (under 5) for three hours. Once the tech ran my credit card information, he then informed me of the exact issue with a snarky comment that the other repair shop should have known {that} while he proceeds to quote an additional $400 for a wheel barring. There also was mention that I didnt need new tires at all. Realizing that I had been taken advantage was mentally debilitating, but to add insult to injury, other patrons witnessed the series of events and where in awe at the lack of integrity and professionalism that was being exhibited. I left Tire Discounters with the same car issues I came in with but this time I was out of $700. Tire Discounters was the last place I thought would treat their customers in this manner.Please advise an explanation.Thanks again for your help in this matter.Review fromCharles A

I took my **** ****** to the Hamilton, Ohio shop on Winford Ave. on 2/14/2025 for an oil change. After I got home and checked the oil, it showed it to be extremely dirty. The oil change was either never done, or they put dirty oil in the car. I called the shop about this and they wanted to look at the car and I told them i will not be inconvenienced by this any longer. I have 4 cars and none of them will ever go to a tire discounters again! I have pictures of this and am also willing to send them if you need me to. This is unacceptable! I used to praise tire discounters to others and for them to do something like this is extremely unacceptable. I will no longer go to a tire discounters for my 4 cars. I will let others know what this shop did and also report this to the BBB.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I paid to have my tires rotated and they didn't do it. But they said they did. I know they didn't because I marked each rim and I watched closely in the waiting room looking into the shop.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I bought five new tires at Tire Discounters at 7771 Five Mie Road in Cincinnati in December 2023. I waited 1.5 hours for my vehicle to be pulled into a bay with a lift and another 2 hours for them to complete the job. They lost one of my locking wheel lugs and two of the five tires didn't have the valve stem cap. One year later I schedule an 11am appointment to have the tires rotated and a brake diagnosis. I advised them when I scheduled the appointment that I dont have time to wait 1.5 hours for a bay tonioen up to even look at my vehicle. Today when I arrived they inform me they are short two mechanics and they have no idea how long it will be before they can get me in and they wont have time to look at my brakes. The exact reason that I scheduled at 11am on Saturday and took the time to explain my concerns with the long wait last time. The same thing was about to happen again today. I took my keys and left and will never return to Tire Discounters again. Horrible Customer Service today and each time I have attempted to getveork completed. Rude and Arrogant employee today doesn't even know how to communicate effectively to begin with. DJ is the GM fyi I will be calling your corporate office to complain. I scheduled an 11am appointment today so a bay would be ready and I didn't have to wait an eternity to get my vehicle serviced. Another wasted trip and a waste of my time. F-Tire Discounters, Inc.

issue was my fault not knowing there was a lug key I never received from the dealer. so Tire discounters had to cut one lug off each wheel at a $100 charge. Cool I had a 2nd appointment same day 11/30/24 for my 19 ram big horn. 4 tires free alignment and oil change. I bring my truck for the 10am appointment.i told the employee I wanted to keep all my old tires off the truck. And I wanted to add an oil change today but was told I had to make another appointment. I'll just take it somewhere else. I waited about 30 min for the ****** to be finished. That's when I was told the free oil change is a voucher. So you have to make another appointment..I didn't want a free oil change today, I was willing to pay. Employee never said anything about the alignment so I figured it was good on the ******. I go home and I received a text about 1pm saying my truck was ready. Go pick up my truck and as I'm pulling into the parking lot I don't see any old tires in the bed of my truck. I mentioned it to the employee, he said no problem we'll load them up. He proceeds to tell me the alignment machine was waiting for parts therefore I didn't get an alignment and I'll have to make another appointment. FOR BOTH VEHICLES... Why not mention this before taking customers money!! I pay then meet the tech to my truck while the tech is loading the old tires I noticed a huge hole in the side wall. This place is trash. Wasn't always trash but this is **. I just spent 1800 + on tires and you offer me a free oil change for your employee poor ability to unmount a tire without destroying them. I went in on to the Galbraith Avenue Tire Discounters in Cincinnati, on 11/18/2024 to have my right rear temporary tire replaced. I had a flat earlier that day and was running on the temporary tire. I told them to replace both rear tires, they did. Then they told me all 4 sensors needed TO BE REPLACED. when I complained that the front sensors were fine, in fact I had a sensor light issue last month and paid money to have them fixed. They insisted that the sensor lights go out once in a while and wanted to charge me $90 each to have them replaced. I couldn't buy my own sensors at a lower price and have them install them, it had to be theirs. The cashier and the manager are both dishonest people. I know they wanted to rip me off. I'm a minority and i know they saw me and said "cha ching! lets get this guy." So dishonest, rude and so unprofessional. When I complained to the manager that this was a scam, he told me to hush up. If I continued to complain, he was going to order his mechanic to stop working on my car and go inside. I had to apologize and told him I would be quiet. This was so dishonest and I'm 62, I almost had a heart attack. The mechanic fixed the dash light sensor issue and I was left wondering "How could they first tell me they needed to be replaced, then the sensor light didn't come on anymore?" What did they do to fix it without replacing the front sensor lights? Very dishonest and I'm very disappointed.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Normally I would have nothing but great reviews for this location. I have purchased all my tires, oil changes, and had mechanic work done from these guys. However, today has changed my view and I will not be returning. I have been doing business with this location probably 10 years. My most recent transaction was purchasing tires for my wife's truck. Today, I was taking my F-150 in for a tire rotation, balance, and oil change. The woman working the counter took my info and went to get the miles off my truck as usual. She proceeded to tell me, the oil change, tire rotation, and balance would be over $200.00. She said, one it was because I didn't purchase the tires there(It's a new truck), and two there is a up charge for them being 35x12.50. She said the "boss man" said to do it. The previous oil change and balance was no where near that. She said, the last employee must have thought they were purchased with them. Needless to say, I will be finding me another tire shop for all my needs moving forward. Totally bad business Tire Discounters! You guys have always been fair until now.Tire Discounters, Inc.

My wife got four new tires put on about a month ago. Long story short they somehow filled the front left to over 90psi…. The manager said he would make it right “150%” ….. he never showed up when he said he would and the laborers there aren’t the brightest. They used to be a good business to deal with. Now, as I’m reading these other comments, hopefully they get their stuff together. After all, the are dealing with family safety while being this negligent.Tire Discounters, Inc.

11/13/24 On 11/11/24 at 9 am I take my vehicle to tire discounter for front brakes service I ask the store manager how long it would take he told me one hour and half I waited 4 hour The service tech test drive I pay as I was driving home I came to the stop light I have a scary experience when I apply the brakes the vehicle couldn't stop I push brake pedal to the floor and the vehicle was still Rolling. Half hour later I took it back there was no brake fluid in the tank and the brake line was damage the management is very incomptent . ******* ******Tire Discounters, Inc.
