I took my ****** to TD for an oil change in October 2021 and without permission they added transmission fluid to the transmission causing an overflow. ****** has an electronic eye in lieu of a dip stick so without the proper equipment, which TD does not have, the level cannot be read. I left for a road trip 2 days after the oil change to discover the issue when a warning light came on regarding an oil overheat issue. I called TD, spoke to the manager and had my car towed to a TD close by. This is where the issue was found and they attempted to fix it but without the proper equipment all they could do was drain out oil. I took it to the closest ****** dealer to have the issue assessed. They determined there was still too much oil in the transmission as well as the engine. They drained both and refilled. I contacted the manager of The TD Bethel Rd store and he agreed to reimburse me for the charges totaling $803. He contacted his general manager who also agreed on the reimbursement. After 3 months of run around they both went dark so I contacted the corporate office. They said they would contact the general manager. After that the corporate office also went dark. I have filed a review on the TD website. The support team responded saying they would like to look into this and asked for my contact information. I gave them my contact information but never heard back. I would like to be reimbursed.
