      I’m only rating a 1 star because I have to in order to leave a comment. The manager is was completely unprofessional and racist at the time of the car pick up! Addressing my husband and I as “******* Mexicans”Not to mention that they quoted me one price and then on day of the pick up it was twice the amount we initially agreed on! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

      I did call the corporate office. All y’all did was take down everything that happened and had the regional manager reach me. Regional manager stated that he couldn’t do anything regarding the price discrepancy. Stated that he had spoken to the store manager and denied the whole thing. Which is ridiculous since there were other customers and employees there when it all happened. Said it was hard to believe since that store manager is one of his good employees.

      I purchased NEW tires for my car at a value of $1,140. They called and said the tires were complete and when I inspected the tires they were built in 2021. The date that I was there was in 2025. I went in to buy new tires , not new old tires. My old tires only had about 15,000 miles on them but they started to rot. I was told by the manager that most of his tires replaced were due to age and not mileage. With that being said why would I pay good money for old tires and why are they selling old tires. Most people do not know that all tires have the week and year they were manufactured and do not check the date. He said he would order new tires. When he called this morning the NEW tires were manufactured in 2023. Let the buyer beware and let the buyer be informed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had a terrible experience at Mr. Tire during my state inspection. I was originally quoted $114 to fix a few lights and complete the inspection. When I came back, the price had mysteriously jumped to over $220 because they claimed they had to fix “more lights.” They even admitted that fixing my light was a struggle, and instead of properly repairing it, they just replaced it so it would work long enough to pass inspection. Now, the light isn’t working again, but I’m still being charged for it. This place is money-hungry and takes advantage of customers. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

      Monro has went downhill. Years ago, the company was known for its good service and integrity. A fish rots from the head down. I've contacted the corporate office several times, and I've been extremely patient throughout the whole process. I've paid over $1600 in attempt to fix my front brakes. This included getting the back brakes, rotors, and pads replaced. I was purposely given misinformation. The mileage on my invoice was purposely recorded incorrectly. This is vital because the warranty is based on mileage. Corporate was supposed to issue me a refund of $500. When I was informed that I would be refunded, I was told (by corporate) that the funds would be put back onto my ****. When I called a week and half later to check on the status of the refund, I was then informed that it was decided that there would be a check sent to my home instead. I was also informed that my address needed to be verified. None of this was communicated to me. I did not receive any call regarding this matter. If I wouldn't have called, I may still be waiting. I was willing to accept a refund of far less than I've spent in attempt to fix the problem. Now, my front brakes are completely out. I've been waiting and going back and forth for almost three months. This is ridiculous! Companies should not be able to treat paying customers like this.

      Don’t ever go here. This is probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with, from Michael B********, the CEO, down to the district manager, down to the store manager. The last time we were in to have our winter tires turned over for summer tires, Tire Warehouse did the work. However they gave us the wrong tires when they returned our winter set. So when we went to put the snow tires back on this fall, they said these tires don’t fit. I said these were the tires you gave me so you need to make this right. The store manager said he can’t do anything about it. “Call corporate.” I spent the next month, everyone other day speaking to their call center, caught in a loop of “we’ll call you back.” Finally I reached out to the CEO on ********. He never wrote me back. But he did view my profile so I know he received the letter. At long last, after more than a dozen calls begging Tire Warehouse to do what was right, they finally said they have tires but I’d have to pay to have them installed. I picked up the tires and decided to take them elsewhere to be installed. There’s absolutely no way this company should be in business. There’s integrity and there’s not. And it either starts at the top or it doesn’t. Clearly at Tire Warehouse (Monro), Michael B******** has set the example.

      My ****** ****** was wearing the front tires unevenly and I needed an alignment performed. I selected the Free Service Tire and Auto Center on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville because of their proximity and because I could schedule the alignment service online for Sunday. I also called the business to determine the cost and was told that it would be about $130 for a four-wheel alignment and more if there were significant unexpected issues found. I was told that they would not do just a front wheel alignment. I received a call on Sunday morning verifying that I was coming for my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that the technician who did the alignment was not there on the weekends and they would need me to reschedule for Monday. I brought the car back on Monday and left it at the shop. An hour or so later, I received a call from the technician and he said that he had made some adjustments on the front wheels but that to do the complete job he was going to need to order some parts such as shims. I asked him to give me a quote for what this would cost and when he could do it. He said I could pick up the car and I asked what was the charge for what he had already done. He told me that there would be no cost because he had not been able to finish the front wheels or do anything on the rear wheels. My daughter picked up the car and was charged $161! I called and spoke with a manager who tried to tell me that they had corrected the toe on the front wheels but not the camber or caster and had done nothing on the rear wheels. He said any remaining wheel alignment work on the front or rear would cost over $200 and that $161 was the normal charge for the work of adjusting the toe on the front wheels. I told him that I had just spoken with the technician and he said that he was not going to charge anything because he had not finished the work on the front wheels and done nothing on the rear. Further discussion was fruitless. Beware of dealing with this business!

      I required new brake pads and an alignment, and while en route to *******, I noticed this establishment and decided to request a quote. The price was quite reasonable. However, one must consider that the quality of service often reflects the cost. Shortly after leaving the lot, I arrived at my destination and, within five minutes, I noticed a clicking sound each time I applied the brakes. I promptly contacted the store and was advised to return immediately. A technician took my vehicle for a test drive, during which the noise was not audible. He attributed the sound to a water bottle rolling in the back of the car. After returning home and emptying my trunk, the noise persisted. Frustrated, I reached out to the store again for assistance with the ongoing issue and spoke with Edwin, the General Manager. Initially, he appeared willing to help, but when I mentioned seeking reimbursement due to the problems I had encountered, he abruptly interrupted me, stating, "Yeah, no, that's not going to happen; that's definitely not going to happen, you'll need to call corporate." saying this in a tone like he almost wanted to laugh. After reaching out to corporate, they sent me to a different location only for me to end up with the same problem, that the auto care center supposedly fixed i reached out to corporate again demanding a refund because they are obviously not servicing my vehicle correctly. they now state that in order to refund me i need to show proof of an estimate from a dealer/shop that i am seeking services through. The choice of service provider should not be a concern for the company, nor should I be required to present proof of an estimate in order to receive a refund, for something that was caused on their care center end. I just want my money back to fix my car, so I have one less problem on my hands.

      I went the day before to order tires for my 150. They said it would take 2-3 hours as they had to get the tires from the warehouse. When I walked out, we had agreed to them getting tires and I would bring the truck in first thing the next day they would mount them. I arrived around 8 am and they had not picked up the tires. They said to come back at 11. Around 9am they called to say around 11:30. I waited until 12 then I went to another place that had my tires in stock and mounted them in 30 minutes. The store called while I was waiting at the other place. They got rude and made it sound it was my fault. One of their other stores might be better but I will never see it as this spoiled Mr Tire for me.

      In getting just an oil pan & gasket replacement for my vehicle with no other issues at all from Monroe/Mr. Tire South Euclid, Ohio, I was repeatedly lied too by managers and given three different reasons for holding my vehicle for two weeks trying to cover up the damages caused to my vehicle in their care resulting in having to pay to tow my vehicle to the closest Chevy dealership who's diagnostic resulted in $15,000 damages forcing me to buy a new vehicle losing $6,000 plus in the purchase. Their insurance company ********'s keeps avoiding any responsibility and denying my claims/complaints for a refund for ultimately the reason just because. I believe they are wasting time on purpose to reach the one year statute of limitations. My experience with Monroe/Mr. Tire South Euclid, Ohio has been by far the worst auto repair and customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. I am a veteran, work in law enforcement, and volunteer regularly for two local non-profits so please heed my sincere warning to avoid Mr. Tire South Euclid at all costs and look past all the fake or ill informed 4-5 star reviews.

      Omg this company totally screwed me out of almost 100 bucks! The said sorry we will refund. They gave me a customer service # that was BOGUS THEN sent an email validated the refund BUT NO REFUND AND that email is bogus too
