      Kept our truck 5 days, no calls. Didn't fix it. Paid 580.00 to get vehicle and them technician called my husband an *******. This is Gates store Howard Rd Rochester, NY 14606. Will never ever go back.

      I'd like to share a experience i had with Mr tire in raritan nj store#1027 i brought my vehicle in for two new tires on 04/15/2025. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. upon completion of the service i noticed my exhaust to be much louder than when I brought it in. I brought this to the service managers attention john they put the vehicle back on the lift and proceeded to tell me the vehicle arrived in this condition. Jeremy the service manager talked to me like I was a child. Now I am not a auto mechanic but I wasn't born last night. When I disputed their claim they kicked me out of the repair shop. I asked for my old tires to be put back on my vehicle and money to be refunded they said no not the company's policy. So my front flex exhaust pipe needs to be replaced by another repair shop. John the service manager continued to remind me how big of a company they are customer service backs them and denys all responsibilities in this manner. That being said my vehicle isn't brand new or perfect condition but I didn't arrive with it sounding like a Nascar

      One of the managers was extremely rude, unprofessional and accusatory. They did not accurately assess the car, appeared to have not test driven the car as we discovered issues they did not address. Immediately driving away there was a scraping noise from one of the replaced tires and the emergency brake wouldn't engage. Trying to fix the issue they cancelled our appointment twice due to a mechanic calling out, had to wait a week for an appointment. Returning the vehicle to be looked at for the tire scraping noise, the manager assumed we were drifters and damaged the emergency brakes the day we got the car back, even though we had called to say the car was making noise within an hour of the car being returned the first time. The emergency brake cable they said they would contact a better mechanic who might be able to fix it and let us know.. never happened. I no longer trust this business with my car, this was a horrible experience. Very grateful they gave us discounts and for the repairs that were done, but this was a bigger headache then necessary.

      Tired to file a complaint on a Mr. Tire location for not returning my wheel lock after my service last week but got disregarded when I called and was told to call back in 2 days when a manager is available. So I decided to call the corporate office but unfortunately got disregarded again by Mary who answered the call to guest services because she hung up on me then proceeded to screen my calls after trying again. She answered when I called from my son’s phone then trying to be helpful when she realized it was me, the same lady. I requested a supervisor or manager but she refused to let me know if one was available so I hung up and decided to leave a review with the BBB. And the rating y’all have is not surprising at all!

      Bonnie is the worst employee of any business I have ever had the displeasure of talking to at the Wallingford CT location. I purchased a ******* for my elderly disabled veteran father to get his oil change done as money is tight. She kept telling him that her computer is saying it takes a certain type of oil and the ******* wont cover it and wanted to charge him more than double what we originally paid. I told her the manual says that is preferred, not required, but she kept saying she can't override the computer and she can't help us at all. The best she can do is 10% off which is ridiculous after explaining the situation. I think this shows that Monro Service does not support veterans and especially disabled ones who are on a tight budget. Tried calling the district manager and left a message with no response or call back. Their customer service line has a ridiculously long wait and still haven't called me back after reserving a place in line after being on the phone for over an hour.

      They order tires for you. Than you drive all the way there, than they tell you thier not in. Instead of calling you and telling you. Than they yell at you because they messed up. Awful place.

      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding my recent experiences with Tire Choice and to request your assistance in resolving this matter. I purchased a ******* for an alignment service and attempted to redeem it at two different Tire Choice locations. Unfortunately, during both visits, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of resolution. The store manager, who happened to be present at both locations, informed me on two separate occasions that my ******* could not be honored. Furthermore, despite my repeated requests, I was refused a refund, denied the contact information of the district manager, and told that I could only receive store credit. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service and accountability shown by Tire Choice. I purchased the ******* in good faith, intending to use the service I paid for, and I believe I am entitled to either the service as promised or a full refund. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's intervention to address this matter with Tire Choice and help me secure a refund for the ******* that I was unable to use due to no fault of my own. I believe that other customers should not have to face similar situations and that companies should be held accountable for providing fair and transparent customer service.       Just left Mr.Tire auto service centers here in holland rd. I didn’t even get to get my car serviced due to a very incompetent customer service lady. I went to put half down on tires that I needed to order. Looked at my receipt (invoice) it has a different customers name and car issue, with my cars work to be done and my half down payment. Asked her if I can have her clear all that up where she replied she didn’t know how to. Fine, asked for a complete refund. Well guess what, she doesn’t know how to do that either. My wife and I asked to speak to a manager where she replied he was out of town and didn’t want to share his number. My wife proceeded to have police called and guess what, manager magically appeared as police arrived seconds before him. Interesting how quick one comes from out of town. Anyway, Shawn, the manager proceeds to try and do his best to get money refunded and an invoice for said refund. Couldn’t do it and proceeded to call I.T. Department and they were even more clueless to where my payment was and to how to print refund invoice. So now I have to wait to see if my bank received their said computer refund within two days and/or make a claims/fraud report to get payment bank. 4 hours of my day on this. All because the careless act of a desk receptionist who doesn’t pay any attention to what she was doing. Or maybe, just maybe, this guy I paid bill for was some guy she was dating and running a scam with for me to pay his bill, (cause I did call prior to me coming in) who knows now a days.. Nonetheless, stay clear! Horrible all the way around the board. I’ll update this experience when and if all is taken care of or if not. Enclosed is a photo the wrong invoice I was given with my payment and a second of their computer showing no records of the payment or refund. Till then, Y’all be blessed!!

      I went to Mr. Tire for an oil leak. I was told they could fix it. I get home feeling satisfied. Two days later oil is pouring out of my vehicle. I take it back today and they told me what they fixed isn't leaking and that it's a rear gasket. They also said they don't have the equipment to take the transmission out and fix the leak. Then they came up with a lie and said corporate won't allow them to do jobs like that because it will take too long. I'll never take another vehicle to them.

      You have associates in that location who don't care about customers and it shows. All they're about is money. I'm getting a lawyer to sue your company because I was lied to about being able to fix the situation and on top of that I spent a lot of money on it. I asked the short stubby guy what did I pay the money for if they couldn't fix the leak. He caught an attitude and told me S--t happens. You people have gotten rich off of your customers and you should have more integrity and honor in your place of business. Instead you have people who over charge and take advantage of people. Well it's time the customer fights back
