1 star******** customer service. Endless loop of lies.They are very good at taking your order and terrible at delivering the product. Waiting for home storage container and no one can give me information. One CSR told me they would deliver between 11p and 3a. Really? In the middle of night? Yes she was adamant that they deliver 24 hours. Still don't have the container or any information. I will cancel if i can ever talk to someone!!!Review fromElizabeth B

PackRat gave us a competitive quote. Then they appeared on schedule the day of the box dropoff. They called before, and kept up that pattern of alerting us at critical stages. A terrific guy put the box in our driveway, taking care not to harm an overhanging branch. They picked up the pod exactly on schedule and on the other end, they called a day early to see if we were ready to receive it. We were, and were delighted for that timing. At every stage, the people we dealt with knew (and liked) their jobs, and did them well. They were appreciative of the business, and that's really nice. On Tuesday, I called PackRat to deliver the container to my new address. ****** said they did not deliver to my new address in **********, ** but would have someone call me back the next day, Wednesday, because she thought they could deliver it closer so I could pick up my property. I told ****** I had, among other things, a heavy piano and needed it delivered to my property. No one called on Wednesday. I called back on Thursday after not receiving a call on Wednesday and this time talked with *****. She reiterated to me they could not deliver it and that I would need to come to ********** if I wanted my property. At this point I was beside myself and didn't know what to do. I told her I would be there on Saturday to pick up my property, but this was very inconvenient for me. About an hour or two later, ******* called from PackRat and said they could deliver it and it would cost only $4.10 to deliver and $4.10 to pick it up. Though this didn't make sense to me I didn't argue and said I looked forward to seeing them on Saturday. I did not get an order number that I recall. Saturday, I am waiting at the property all day and called PackRat back about 3 p.m. to get an ETA, though I was told they would call me. ***** explained to me that since I didn't have an order number it was never picked up to be delivered. So she was going to email me an order number but as of 4:17 p.m. on Saturday, it has not been sent. Next week I have a gravel road to install and utilities to be installed which requires digging by the electric company, plumbing and septic company, and the propane company. My next payment is due the 19th of April, also next week so I still don't have time to go get my property. This company appears to be enjoying the $329 I pay them every month and is finding every excuse in the book to not deliver my property. Over the last year and a half, they have raised my rate 3 or 4 times. Buyer beware if you don't know your final address.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

Horrible experience, incompetent uncaring customer service. Unauthorized use of my credit card for random stuff like fuel charges never discussed and for insurance to store my belongings when they were stored at another facility. My move was scheduled for the 20th Jan MLK day, I got a confirmation text that morning stating they would be there. An afilliate showed up 2 days later setting all my plans back, plumbers, flooring contractors, handy men all on hold. I was prepping my house for sale and neded the house cleared for this to happen. All in all, my sister and I had to change our flights, spend three extra days in hotels and were both late for work. They offered us a $100 CR for our trouble. Oh and the pod sat for weeks in *********** before they moved it to ********* due to another s**** up because they don't or can't read the notes on file. Horrible experience. We are two days out from our supposed delivery date and we still have NO clue if the containers will be picked up and delivered on time. Meanwhile, a move requires coordination with our apartment building, elevator reservation, hired man power, etc. There is no customer service, no information and everything is completely last minute because they are too cheap to bid high enough for the third party truck to pick up our container. Absolutely will never use them and never recommend them. Horrible.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

I paid for a pod to be transported from *****, ** to ******* , ** The money was paid by my bank to ***** PacKraT on March 3rd 2025, finally its March 14th and I'm expecting a call from the driver as to when he's going to be dropping off my pod nothing, so I calll them a customer service *** says i havent paid for transportation yet. I couldnt beleive it. I already called them on the 3rd of March to let them know it went through and was deducted from my account to them. the customer service is bad and they cant do a deep dive into their own books to verify if the were credited from my bank . So its now been 16 days I ve been waiting for my pod with everything I own.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC
