As of today, my family will no longer shop at Target, where we've shopped weekly for almost 10 years. I will not give my money to a company that is bowing to the demands of a fascist government and refusing to stand up for equity and diversity in its workforce. What cowards!

This is in regards to the Richland TWP North Target in Gibsonia PA 15044. This Target is horribly run/managed. There are never enough cashiers and there no one on the sales floor to assist. Today was the worst though. Went around 4 PM to shop. When I went to checkout, there was only 1 cashier open with a long line. The self checkouts were open but are limited to 10 items, I had more then 10 items. Waited 10+ minutes in line to get to the cashier who seemed like she did not want to be there. No eye contact, no greeting and tossing around my products which I paid for into the bags, luckily nothing was damaged. In the future I really don't care if I have more then 10 items, I will be using the self checkouts. I am really hoping someone from corporate reviews these issues and gets this store in shape. I have brought these issues up to the local management team there and they repeatedly promise to resolve, but nothing ever changes.

There handicap bathroom stall had fecal matter on the wall and a used pad on the floor. There was trash everywhere, clearly no one cleans and it is a health hazard. There manager Alexis is beyond rude along with a couple other employees. Not professional or helpful at all. And the employees talk a lot of profanity out loud. Never been more disturbed by a target before . The bathrooms are such a health concern. Especially the feces.

14 day return policy starts WHEN PRODUCT IS SHIPPED so customer doesn’t get full 14 days to return.

A once proud and dignified company has turned into a n*zi, fascist hellscape. I used to be a proud shopper, I had a red card, I went there first for everything. I will never spend another penny, the company is evil. I hope it dies, I truly hope everybody turns their back on target. I hope everybody sees it for the fascist, bigoted, racist organization that it is.

I ordered two cabinets from Target online, which were fulfilled by a third-party seller. The delivery experience was frustrating—FedEx left the 80 lb packages on the first floor instead of delivering them to my apartment on the third floor. After assembling the first cabinet, I discovered that one of the boards in the second cabinet was the wrong size. I contacted Target’s customer service via online chat, and the representative initially assured me they would follow up. I later received an email requesting pictures, which I provided, but after the weekend passed with no response, I decided to finish assembling the cabinet while waiting for a replacement board. On Monday, I called Target customer service and was shocked to learn that the third-party seller does not offer replacements or partial refunds—something no one told me before. Instead, I was told that my only option was to disassemble everything and return the entire cabinet. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I had already put most of it together. Had I known this upfront, I would have reconsidered my purchase. Target needs to do a better job of clearly stating third-party seller policies before purchase and providing better customer service when defective parts are involved. I expected more transparency and support from a major retailer like Target.

Target has gone down hill. Customer service is terrible. Just exchanged a sweater and the employee tried charging me the difference because I guess it was on sale. I asked, "wouldn't it be an even exchange? Its just a different size." And she didn't say anything, stood there looking annoyed and then shoved the sweater and old receipt at me. I said, "is it done? Are we good?" And she said, " I made it right for you since you're in a bad mood!" And stormed off. I wasn't given a bag or anything, had to go grab a bag from the self check out. There was no need to be rude to me or throw my stuff at me. It was completely uncalled for to treat me like that. I wasn't in a bad mood, I asked a simple question. I just wanted to exchange for a different size so I shouldn't owe any money. I just bought it and I had a receipt. I'm not ever shopping in there again. It shouldn't have been any problem to exchange something I bought 4 days ago with a receipt and I shouldn't have had an employee shove my stuff at me and say that for everyone to hear like I was some problem customer for asking a normal question.

After all the years of supporting this company they eliminate the DEI program. I can't spend my hard earned money here. Oh know that Black people spend a lot of money wherever we go! You don't really have good savings and you guys are expensive! Goodbye Target!! ??

I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner online from Target with next-day delivery. To my shock, they delivered an opened box with a dirty, scratched, and broken vacuum. I immediately contacted customer service, expecting an apology and a quick resolution, but the experience was anything but. I spent 40 minutes on hold trying to reach their support line. When I finally got through via chat, the representative told me I had to return the item to a Target store myself. This was incredibly inconvenient as I was sick, didn’t have a car, and the vacuum was large and heavy. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to help with pickup or replacement. When I carried the vacuum to the nearest Target store (an hour away), they told me they couldn’t process the return and directed me to another location, a 15-minute walk from there. After wasting hours of my time and energy, the second store finally refunded my money. What’s worse, when I called to escalate the issue, customer service offered only a $5 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience, which felt insulting. The entire process showed a complete lack of care or accountability from Target. I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled. The delivery of a broken, used item was bad enough, but the poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility made the experience even worse. Target needs to seriously rethink how they handle issues like this, as it’s clear they don’t value their customers.

I have been a very loyal Target Customer for well over a decade. In just 10 minutes, Senior Supervisor Benjamin, ID *** *** *** changed all that and prior interactions indicate that Target discriminates against people with disabilities or with lower incomes Happy to provide more details but basically Target will not process EBT cards for qualifying online purchases, and after hours of documented wasted time finding a solution, I was offered a $5 gift card. I was also told to just use my credit card , which is discriminatory against lower income people who are on a budget. A good percentage of your customers are lower income, and shop at Target for everyday low prices, blowing them off and not allowing them to use an EBT card is disgraceful
