Do not book here. They use a bait and switch. I checked the parking price yesterday and the total after taxes was 91 and change. It was a heck of a good price so I entered my card number and hit the book button and the receipt on the next **** said 159.! I wouldn't of booked at that price. I felt so cheated that a company can get away with such fraudulent business practices and of course no answer from support. Outright fraud!

I wouldn't even give them one star. The customer service is terrible. They never respond to emails, and it's impossible to speak to anyone directly. Their AI support is completely useless. I was a Platinum member with Park'n Fly before Parking Spot took over, and it was a much better experience back then. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all their airport locations.

Left our vehicle at the parking spot at *********** March 5-8. Parked in covered parking and when we returned our vehicle was completely covered with bird droppings. These werent just regular droppings they were from a large bird such as a hawk or owl. I spent all day scrubbing off my car after forking out $60 bucks. Been parking there for years but its time to look elsewhere. Why spend your hard earned $ only to spend hours to clean up a mess.

DON'T USE THESE CROOKS!!! We made a "Pay Now" reservation at The Parking Spot East in ****** for August. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip, which also meant that we had to cancel our Parking Spot reservation. Since we pre paid, we found out that our reservation fees were NON-REFUNDABLE! They don't have a customer service number, so you can't talk to anyone. These crooks took us for $178.92. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!

Parking Spot took over the *** in ** last year. Prices went up CONSIDERABLY and there is "zero" flexibility for cancellations on Reservations. When it was *********** you could cancel up to the day before without ANY penalty. So they jacked up the pricing, saying it is now "supply and demand" and changes daily. That is complete BS because their competition doesn't do that, and at more than half the price. I have parked there for 11 years, and they don't care at all. Business travel changes often, so not having the flexibility to cancel or change the reservations is a huge disservice. The only way to get more competitive pricing is to wait for promos to get emailed to you. Normally they are around 25% discounts. They basically charge you 25% more every other day, and will get you closer to "airport" parking charges with the so called "promo". I have had my reservation cancelled on me, and said I never exited. Then I come in next trip and it says I am already in the lot. I had to have someone let me in manually. When I went to check out, it had me in their system parked therefore almost a month. So you can imagine what that would cost at their rates. I was livid. And of course, like everyone else stated, they don't want to talk to you, just hide behind emails if they even respond, and when they do respond, they are rude. Needless to say, I am going to probably burn through my month worth of free parking that I collected under ***, and ditch the ParkingSpot for any future business. They are horrendous and their customer service is pathetic. Some of the drivers are the exception, knowing its not their fault. But if they treat their employees like they treat their customers, I would expect high turnover. I miss ***.

We just used Th Parking Spot for our trip. EVERYONE at the facility was WONDERFUL. We were greeted us at the gate when pulling in and they helped us scan the code.. Told us where to park and how we would be picked up at our vehicle. We could sit in the vehicle since it was cold out until the bus arrived. The bus driver was fantastic. Arriving back at ******, we were on the wrong side, The bus driver came and found us. once at the parking lot, we were dropped off right at our vehicle. When checking out, again, someone came right over and helped us scan the code. Also, they gave us a bottle of water for each person in the vehicle. The service and care each person gave us was ABOVE and BEYOND courteous!!!! I recommend this company to everyone!!!

I have twice used The Parking Spot (*************************, ********* location) and both times extremely happy with their service. I traveled over Christmas and was at the airport in less than 15 min. after arriving to drop my vehicle. Driver loaded and then unloaded my luggage in front of curbside check-in and I made it through *** in 20 min. WHAT?! Was fantastic. When I arrived back home, I called, my driver ***** was waiting in the designated area for me with a huge smile. He was incredibly polite and loaded/unloaded my luggage for me. He deserves a raise for excellence in ***************** Was in my vehicle and on my way home 15 min. later. Will never use that "other" parking service again, who appears to be out-of-business now unless they just assumed another name.

The parking spot in ****************** area is running a scam. They really tried it ! And ******** in ************** is the absolute worst, they should be terminated. I have reached to Parking Spot and ******** had an attitude with me, trying to tell me I need to be apart of some club to park. The employees are rude and lack customer service. The bus driver drove past me, really the worst encounter ever with a parking situation. I would never book this place again. They are taking Advantage of the working class people. I will tell everyone in ******* dont come here. You all really lost a customer.

The Parking Lot and SpotHero double charged me as well in early October 2024. Neither addresses their software glitch but only responds with stock generated responses. Plus, bus in DFW South lot had no shocks.

My past experiences with 'The Parking Spot' in other cities has always been pleasant and easy to navigate and find the correct lot. The '********' location was not what I expected. Being unfamiliar with the area, using Maps on my phone to find the location at 4:45 a.m. in August. My reservation was for covered in Spot lot 3. When we turned into the property, we didn't see/notice any #s 1, 2 or 3 anywhere. We were in a hurry, as patrons to use these spots often are, turned into the first one we saw (according to our map location finder) - there was not any 'identifying 'Spot #s' on this building and no signs at 'car level' to direct to any other 'spot lot'. Upon scanning the ** it did reply that our reservation was not in this lot but didn't say 'which THIS lot # was', which would have been very helpful for us to know, the gate opened and we parked and loaded onto the transportation bus, again (no information given by the driver or a tag with our car parked spot either).Upon arriving back at the "SPOT" lot, we were on spot bus 3 in the middle of the day and it was then that we saw, way up high on a tall tall post - the signage for SPOT 3. UGH - The driver dispersed all passengers and then took us back to where we did park - I can only guess this was Spot parking 1 - still did not see any signage with a number on it. The driver couldn't even take us inside to our car, but parked on the grass, past the opening we had to walk on the grass, over a curb and into the lot. Needless to say my bill ended up being $159 more than was planned for - due to the unavailability of good communication information at the lot and online. I just looked at the 'advertised' pictures of this business in STL and the entrances are not the same as actual. My main reason for writing this review is that I feel like this is unfair marketing practices which includes terrible signage and information at car level for customers. Call to manager at CS and no help given but terse reply.
