The Parking Spot policy is that the rate for every day is set based on the rate first day you arrived. For example, we parked for a three week trip on the Friday of the holiday weekend. The holiday weekend rate was $14+ per day but... rather than lower that rate after the holiday weekend we were charged for 21 days at $14+ per day. We had a $350 parking **** !We here told "the rate was posted" but the kiosk was down when we arrived and we were ushered through the gate by an individual who have us no 'heads up' to the policy. The policy is a form of price gouging regardless as no one would/should expect the rate to continue beyond the holiday weekend. Also, there is no way to leave a comment or contact a customer service representative through their website... very convenience to avoid criticism or hear from an unsatisfied customer.

Our apologies for any confusion on our pricing structure, ************. We recommend booking in advance next time. The longer you stay, the more you save when you reserve online. We have significant reservation discounts available for guests parking more than a week.

Rat/s destroyed some of my van ******** have photos of what a rat can do to wires of a vehicle left in an airport parking lot for several days.Had an experience I thought might be of interest to travelers who leave their vehicles in the "Parking Spot" airport parking lots. We leave our van at the Parking Spot at *** -******** *******************). Also known as KCI (*********** International). This time we left our van for 9 days. Upon our return, as we left the sheltered parking lot, the warning light for service activated. Due to some skilled driving by my wife, we were able to get the ****** to a dealership without having to call AAA or having an accident. Upon inspection, the mechanics discovered a partial rats nest constructed largely of fuel line electric wires. Needless, to say the repair will be costly. Should run at least $430 but no one was injured by auto failure. ****** learned: Next time we leave a vehicle parked for several days in a garage near-native habitat, I will have a kill rat trap, baited under the hood. There is an apparent rodent problem for vehicles left for days at the covered Parking Spot.

This is the first we've heard of any sort of rat problem at one of our lots. You mentioned a "garage," we have an airport parking facility offsite at MCI, but not an on-site garage. Perhaps you parked at the airport, not at our facility? Either way, we've notified our local team. If you did park with us, first of all, thank you! Our local management team would also be happy to connect directly if you'd like?

We parked in covered parking ay the Parking Spot 2 in *******, **. for 4 days, April *****, 2022. We booked this online and pre-paid so we had a code to enter. When leaving, the shuttle driver told us to follow the exit signs. We did as instructed and were not aware we needed a code to scan in order to exit. Needless to say at the exit, the bar was raised and we drove through. Our 2 front tires were destroyed, we needed towing, and an Uber to get home. We incurred costs of $725 and have emailed and phoned the Parking Spot with no response. We feel that this business needs to compensate us for our costs due to poor signage and communication. We also are senior citizens and were in a very bad part of town for over 2 hours.
