      Had a package delivered to a store for pick up, and they of course used FedEx and the package was received damaged. Got it open at home finally and found part of the product missing. Now I have to wait until the retailer can send me the missing part. I really hope they dont use this company ever again. Worst delivery service ever!

      A+ are you kidding me?! I ordered something that was supposedly delivered today but its nowhere to be found. It wasnt rather expensive. *** had other packages delivered here. The driver did not take a picture and I believe the driver stole it. Customer service (if you want to call it that) is completely useless. I want my package now. If FedEx goes out of business I will celebrate and will never use their service again.

      FedEx drivers are pathetic. I'm fed up with destroyed packages and broken items. One driver parked his van in our driveway and couldn't find a FedEx envelope I was expecting. I stood on the front porch while that man had the side of his van open and was kicking boxes all over the inside of the van. He was furious. Then, the * bombs started and he was yelling and cursing to the point I had to go back into my home. Some day these drivers will do that at someone's home and it won't turn out well for them...

      I ordered a birthday present for my son a month ahead, because it was shipping from the **. It was the only one of this product and I could not find it snywhere else to purchase. It wasn't a problem to get through customs and arrived in ****** in a week and a half. Fed Ex was scheduled to make delivery once it arrived in ******. I received a notification that the package had been delivered, but it was to the wrong address in an entirely different town 4 hours away. I could not get through to a representative so I tried the online AI helper. When I entered the information according to the prompts it told me they couldn't help yo contact the seller. I did, and received feedback within one day that they had been able to contact Fed Ex. They said that Fed Ex had somehow put yhe wrong shipping label on my package and delivered it to the wrong address but they were not going to get the package back. The seller is refunding my money but Fed Ex is taking no fault for their error. I will not ship with Fed Ex and will cancel any orders if I find out they are to be handled by them.

      I am making the negative experience of the most recent experience known. I placed an order with an online retailer on April 4, 2025. This retailer used FedEx SmartPost. I only received my order today, April 22, 2025. I did track the travel history of the package on the FedEx website. The package sat in various FedEx locations for several days before being moved around again and again. When I opened the box, the items were warm to the touch. I am not sure whether the supplements and the food item are still good or not. I have no confidence in FedEx whatsoever.

      Pkg was to be here Monday NOT HAPPENING then I see that it is expected by end of day today 4/22/2015 ....BUT oh NO NOT TODAY either now they say by end of day tomorrow ......what the heck kind of way is this to run a service to people that pay for their services ??? I'd leave a 1/4 STAR if I could Fedx GET WITH THE PROGRAM

      I ordered a $190 items from online and then FedEx delivered it and sent me a duty tax fee of $9,800. I did the email and have been calling to figure out why. All I get is an email back saying they have 80 days to look at this. I am not the best at math but that is a lot. And for someone to make that big of a mistake and just leave the customer in the dark for 80 days is wrong. You call and call and no one can tell you anything or help just keep telling me to email. Not happy they can tell me I need to pay but no one can talk to you.

      I tried to compliment a driver for walking from the corner to my house with the package because there is construction on my street. I found it impossible to send an email or talk to a customer service agent. All I could get was computer generated responses, including on the customer service support line.

      Every time FedEx sends packages through ********** it says weather delay but has no bad weather on any global news site. This has happened every time my packages come through ***** **********.
