      Sat all day waiting for a package that I had to sign for only to have a "we tried to deliver" lie. I sat at the business from 10 am until 5:58 pm only to see a lie posted by the delivery driver on a Friday afternoon at 5:21 saying that they attempted to deliver a package that has a signature requirement by the shipper. Fed Ex is quite possibly the worst delivery business I have encountered. When you call, all you get is a "bot" that walks you in circles about the issue without resolving it.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. We were expecting a package to be delivered and received a text that it had been delivered at 9:30 4/24/25 while we were home. We checked at the unoccupied house next door as some of our packages have been delivered there despite it having no mailbox nor house number. Our house number is on our mailbox which is next to the driveway. A photo was sent with the text and the package was next to a wrought iron door which we don't have. A man who lives 2 streets over just brought it (thank goodness for honesty!) Fortunately not all the drivers are bad and some have even handed our packages to us. Absolutely terrible service!

      FED Ex is the most incompetent company. *** Delivers to us, **** delivers, Fed Ex constantly returns our product indicating that the address that the shipper is mailing to is incorrect. When I asked about the address that they sent it to, they said that they can't tell me. FEDEX is full of liars. Why would the address that the shipper is sending it to be a secret, especially when the products are returned to the shipper. I would leave no stars if possible.

      When above and beyond to get my packages to me, even with me s******* up my address multiple times. I wish I retained names of all those I spoke with on the phone, they were all super polite and professional.

      Every delivery from FedEx is delayed, misplaced or whatever. They never make a delivery when scheduled. Absolutely the worst delivery outfit out there. It's so aggravating to plan activities around their missed scheduled deliveries, especially when they say that a signature is required. You plan your day to be home to sign, and 3 hrs before delivery time you get a message saying "sorry your delivery has been delayed". They should be shut down.

      There is a concerning level of favoritism between office staff and pack handlers, and pay rates can be changed without any prior notice. Employees often climb on conveyor belts and create hazardous conditions by waterfalling packages. Unfortunately, management struggles to effectively oversee the team, resulting in an unhealthy and unsafe work environment. At this station, you might work maximum 15 hours, possibly more if you prove your reliability; however, the app frequently misrepresents actual productivity, leading to widespread miscommunication. This really was the worse station between the 2 I've been to. Though the over all of fedex business seem to care only about money over the purple promise. Would never recommend this job to someone trying to get their career start here

      I ordered a recliner which was shipped FedEx. The driver left this 100 pound package in a package room in my apartment building instead of leaving it at my door. I had no way of getting this chair to my apartment, I had to call one of my children to bring it to me. I called customer service to ask them to send a driver to bring this box to my door and they assured me it would be taken care if. The driver never came. This is not my first negative experience with this company. I am reluctant to but products online that ship with FedEx.

      Horrible service. I live in ******* AZ. 3 of my most recent packages got to *******, was told would be delivered next day. Next day they went to *****, then *********, then *******! They were 10 miles away and FedEx sent them thousand of miles away. Over a week late. I called and she promised they would be flown to ******* and delivered the next day which of course was lies. I try to create a case they ignore it. FedEx has the worst tracking. I have a package coming tomorrow and I would bet $ itll be delayed. I trust the **** more than FedEx. *** is fantastic, FedEx is slower than a horse a buggy delivery service. How they continue to trick businesses into using them is beyond me. FedEx doesnt care about your packages, I promise you that.
