      If I can give 0 stars I would.I EXPREMELY REGRET it... Management is horrible, poor service, poor customer service, OVER PRICED.. Would have been better to go with another business.. Thinking i was doing something right...Spend your money else somewhere else.. They really don't care..

      We had a new HVAC system with new ducts installed last week. ****** ****** *** and Jahmill from ARS Columbia SC were wonderful. They answered all our questions throughout the install, very friendly and patient with us. Once everything was installed, they checked each vent/return to make sure everything was working properly. When we asked for pictures of everything they had done is crawl space, they literally went back under and took numerous of pictures and sent them to our email and phone. Before leaving, they did a fabulous job of cleaning up everything, even asked for a broom and rake to ensure everything was clean so my husband and I didn't have to go out and do it. The entire system was expensive and more than we were expecting, but based on everyone who we spoke with from ***** *. who worked to get the price closer to where we were comfortable, and even added a couple of extra items to help my husbands breathing issues, and the wonderful Tech's who worked all day, even when it started to rain. The piece of mind and courteous staff, made the price a little easier to take. I can't stress enough how well we were treated through the whole process. Thank you ARS for taking good care of our home!!!

      I thought ARS of ******** at *********************************************************************** was a honest reputable business. I called them becuase i had an elite plan with them. This time it was for a kitchen garbage disposal replacement. Since it was leaking and an emergency as the sink could not be used they used it as an opportunity to fleece me by charging $900 for replacement and installation of a new 1/2 bhp disposal unit. When i called others i found that it could have been done at half the price. They took advantage of my situation as the kitchen sink was unusable and my health was not keeping well in order for me **** around to get it done by someone else. Especially since i had a plan with them already. Its feels absolutely disgusting when someone you trust and they end up cheating and fleecing you as you are in a vulnerable situation. Shame on them

      I got a new unit installed in April. They gave me a one year guarantee no questions asked is what they said. I recently called them and they said that the guarantee does not apply to my situation. I just lost my job a few months ago. But since theres no questions asked, I'm not sure why that matters. The woman said it didnt apply to me losing my job and the affordability of the unit. The cost was ****** which seems high and I offered to buy lesser unit and she said that it would not apply to their guarantee.

      This company is extremely slow in replying back. They made a mistake using my Homedeoot card instead of service finance which was what we agreed on. Over 3 months past before they hit my credit again. I was not able to purchase anything because my credit went down. I have left messages and voicemail to *** with ARS. And he has not replied back to me. I just want to finalize my business and never use them again. Please train your fiance people better. And don't give empty promises to people and keep them waiting for months. This affects people lifes.

      Signed up for the service subscription for $25. The guy they sent had no idea what he was talking about and just wanted to sell me a new hvac I didnt need. Ive called 3 times over the last 2 months to cancel and they say someone will call me back the same day and no one ever does.

      This is the second time this company used my annual a/c inspection (which I pay for) as an excuse to sell me at least $1,000 of additional items or services. THIS PRACTICE IS CRIMINAL IN MY OPINION. I will cancel my contract and cease to do business with them!
