      To expensive. Over priced
      Cost should have been around 600 to 700 you charge $1250
      Installer did good job but will not use or recommend your service.

      They installed unit and then we smelt gas around the unit.Call for them to send someone out around April 26 and they couldn't get to us until the 30th.Well it's May 2nd called the fellow that sold us the unit and they're suppose to come out this evening we'll see. We could have died are gottn blown up had we cooked on the grill. Our grill is near the unit.

      Terrible customer service!!! Called to schedule appointment and they missed to ask a very important question about sewer line access point!!! Major miss that makes $300 difference in price to check the sewer line. On the top of that, scheduled for between 8am-12pm and received the phone call in the morning telling me that only available appointments are between 10am-2pm! When told them about 8 and 12 she said most likely will be around 12. 2h later she called again to tell me that it will be between 2pm and 4pm!!!! They showed up at 3pm and I found out that just because it's inside, the house main access to the sewer line, IT'S GOING TO BE A DIFFERENT PRICE AND THE DIFFERENCE WAS $300 MORE!!!!!!!! WAISTED THE WHOLE DAY for dealing with THE WORST company ever!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM unless you are willing to waste your time and money with this joke of the company!

      All the staff was polite and knowledgeable and I really appreciated the structure of each team. I should have did my research before buying the AC unit. I thought that was the average price, until talking to family and friends and checking what the unit cost, but was very disappointed, not on the unit but on the cost of labor, it was double the amount of just the AC unit (********) did not include any duct work, the staff gets a 4, for not informing the cost of labor, labor cost gets a 1. house is about 1150 sq ft and the house has a very good crawl space. I think labor cost should be visible on the paperwork. I understand stand labor is not cheap, but what it cost was way to high. Beware of AC replacement cost, do your research before signing.
