  All they cared about was MONEY!!!!! We suspected that my dog may have parvo he was too heavy to carry in, so we waited while the nurses dicked around getting a ******, when we got our dog on it, they tried to put a leash around his neck coming at him in all different directions and freaked him out and caused him to fall of the ****** and then later on told another vet we had to take him to that he was aggressive. They kept us stuck in a room for three hours trying to **** more money out of us after we had already given them ****** cash up FRONT!!!! to stick a stick up his r***** to test for parvo and when they found out we didn't have no more money we were rudely dismissed!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE they are rude and uncaring people!!!!!

  I took my Yorkie into their emergency room. We did have a bit of a wait, but they are great, caring people. My Yorkie is seven years old and couldn't standup with out falling over. This Happened suddenly and we were very worried. She stayed with them for three days under went MRI and other tests. They kept us informed allowed us to visit with Her, Watched her 24 hrs a day.My over all experience was very Positive One. I would like to go there my self if I was sick. I wish they took Human Patients. I give them 10 Stars ***********************

  I have been sitting in this clinic for more than 4 hours. The vet wants to do ultrasound on my dog before labs to diagnose a UTI. I was in a secluded room away from my dog for more than 3 hours. They finally moved me and my dog into a room together. I have been here for more than an hour, and supposedly am next. Ridiculous!

  They are all about the money! I took my dog there who was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. We waited for 8 hours to be seen only to find out almost nothing unless we spent $5000.00 in testing to find out and then more money to treat her!!!!! I ended up picking my dog up and going home with almost no information regarding her condition and a lot of medicine that only put a bandaid on the problem. I ended up having to put her down 2 days later because she couldn't move! If you have a lot of money they are all about helping you, but when you say it may be more expensive than you can afford, they leave you alone and offer no alternatives. This place doesn't really care about animals, they care about lining their pockets! They didn't even have the decency to follow up regarding her condition a day or two later. No one should take their pet there!

  My daughter brought her dog into the er here tonight because she was vomiting, not eating, fever and had swelling in her mouth. When they arrived they were told it would be a ***** hour wait and if they left and came back who knows how long it would be. So they sat there for 2 hours and they took her back to be seen only to bring her right back and say her injuries were non life threatening and she would need to wait. So they sat there for another almost 4 hours and brought her back to the doctor who told her they would need to keep her overnight and run tests and it would cost almost $3,000 to do so. That wasnt including any treatment afterwards, it was just for testing. She didnt qualify for care credit because shes young and doesnt have enough credit yet and they told her there were no other options for payments. So when she told them she couldnt afford that, they told her it was $200 for her assessment fee before they could leave. I got on the phone with them and told the doctor I thought it was crazy they were gonna charge her ****** for sitting in their waiting room for 6 hours and doing absolutely nothing medically for her. They say they pride themselves in putting animals first but I can tell you they care about nothing other than money!! I would not recommend them to anyone and I think its a very s***** practice of how they treat their patients!
