    I purchased this extended warranty through this company for my 2022 coachman RV and when I purchased it in 2024 I was told it would cover any damage to the coach after my manufacture warranty expired however when I began to have a leak around the slide out after having it in the shop at camper inn to fix a leak I was having shortly after purchasing it the leak returned when I called my warranty company they said they could help me in essence telling me I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket leading me to believe I wasted my money purchasing this warranty from this company I am very disappointed in this companys service to its clients and I wont recommend anyone doing business with them based on their like of concern for their clients

    This company is awful, they never answer the phone-they didnt pay out as they were supposed to either. Dont use them.

    National Auto Care is the worst warranty company we have ever dealt with. Purchased an extended warranty for my husbands truck on Sept 29, 2023, and paid $3,389 through a dealership. Took the truck to the shop over a month ago as the check engine light came on. NAC has sent out an inspector and 2 rebuilt engines (that have been complete S—- instead of just authorizing the shop to install the new remanufactured that they had at their shop. So we are now waiting for a 3rd engine to be shipped. The shop has called NAC Repair Dept multiple times. My husband and I have both called NAC multiple times and no one seems to be able to do anything. After I have spoken with NAC several times and started questioning what they were doing they next time I called in I was told they couldn’t speak with me because I was not on the contract. So frustrating. We buy the extended warranties in our vehicles because we drive them till they fall apart. We just want our vehicle fixed asap.

    Horrendous customer service they have no problem lying to you and sell a unuseable warranty that is uncancellable so basically fraudulent and nobody does anything about it cause thats the MO let big companys steal from us poor make sure we stay poor do yourself a favor before you buy any warranty google the company and do a little research on them and there claim filing process actually just dont buy the additional warranty 9 times of 10 it wont save you a dime just cost you thousands

    I've purchased my van 6/23 and paid it off 8/24 I paid 3800 for service warranty at time of purchase. I cancelled my warranty and Gap in 8/24 . I called to confirm amount of refund which I was told by ***** that I would get back 75% gap and ***** % service contract , I was sent a check of 22% service and the 75% gap . I called 3 times to ask about the pervent discrepancies from what I was verbally told and what was given , I was rudely told by ******* that I had to go through the dealer again even though it's the service company that sets the percentage and sends the check . I've asked for a supervisor but haven't heard anything yet. I just would like to get my full fair refund of what I paid on the service contract.

    Im just now dealing with this gap insurance company! My insurance company covered the total loss payment to the lender for ********* in less than three weeks very helpful and professional (geico) the remaining balance at lender is $948 and they have put me on the slow paperwork train going absolutely nowhere!!!! Every time I call they check the email and they say Im missing documents I know have been sent then they cant open or mess with the emails until their adjuster open them very unprofessional very slow Im having to eat the cost of motels and eating out this has already cost me more than $948 !!!!!! I do not recommend this company at all

    This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. We had an RV bath on fire, had GAP coverage with this company. Filed a claim 3/2024, till this day only received initial email from claims adjuster and have not heard from her since. Within days we provided all requested documents only to be told in May that we were missing some bank info. Immediately emailed them the requested info on 5/9 and it is now late July and I have called almost daily for the past week and still no response. When I call the general line I am told that they are emailing the adjuster to provide and update and still NOTHING. This business is a joke, why pay for GAP insurance if the company is just going to take months to process your claim. My own insurance took less than one month to process my claim. If you can avoid this company please do!!!

    National Auto Care has been a breeze to work with when it came to my wife's vehicle. We found out that the transmission had gone through catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced and have the new one reprogrammed for a pretty hefty sum. I called NAC and asked for a referral to a preferred repair shop and they paid to have the vehicle towed there. There has been zero issues from the diagnostic phase through the estimate and having the repair authorized. Thanks to NAC I'll be paying my deductible instead of an $8k bill. The owner of the repair shop the car is at even commented on how easy NAC's claim department was to work with.

    Very upset with this company!! They take your money but dont want to pay for any service needed on my car! I had to fix my AC upfront because of the heat! Wasnt about to wait for them to approve...it wouldve taken too long! Now they dont want reimburse me!! I paid over 2000 for this stupid extended warranty...never again!! this place sucks!!!!!!!! I want to give them a 0 but cant!!

    The most horrible customer service i have ever had in my life. They did not hold up to their end of the gap insurance we paid for and still left us owing money. I would never recommend this company for anything, big waste of money
