If ZERO stars were an option, thats what Id choose. I have had my car for 1 year, while its been in the shop 5.5 months of this time. Currently it sits in the shop with the claim being denied. I have reached out to an attorney for small claims court. I pay for the ***************************, the highest, extended warranty and have been given the run around as well as the service department of where my car is at. My technician said what the warranty ********* claims, is not accurate. Which makes sense since the 2nd ********* said there was no carbon buildup, as the first one claimed. I have both ********* notes handy, to which I will use to further this process to the highest extent. I do not recommend at all. Maybe, they will reconsider before legal action is in motion.

This place is a joke. This extended service contract was added without my knowledge to my used car I just bought. This was an additional $2200+ added to the total amount financed. This warranty doesnt cover any of the main issues it would be needed for. I was only given page 1 of 10 of the contract so I did not even have the full contract to understand what I agreed to much less what the guidelines were to make a claim or anything else. I just happened to find a full contract that someone posted online. It says it can be canceled within 30 days to get a full refund so I called the number listed on the 1st page & get disconnected every single time I call. Theres no option to speak with anybody. Its an automated system & will not direct you to anyone, no matter what option you choose. This is set up like this intentionally to make it difficult to cancel or even get approval for repairs to be approved for coverage. This is ridiculous! Do not get fooled in to this trap like i did! It will cost you. this warranty wasnt even necessary bc my car came as pre certified & is supposed to be under warranty for 7yrs/100k miles. Stay away from this sorry excuse for a legit business.

******** customer service and they dont do what they promise when you buy this rather expensive coverage! They get out of paying for repairs instead of helping people.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Ive been dealing with this company for over a few months now. Ive called trying to get information on why my total claim was at a standstill, to say the least. The attitude from the customer service **** is absolutely ridiculous. Ive called many times to sit on hold for awhile, to get no resolution or actual answers from the people I speak with. Their GAP process is a JOKE to say the least. Finally after calling numerous times, speaking with insurance and to the lender, its come to my attention this company likes to give the run around and then have the nerve to give the consumer attitude when called out about anything. Im typing this as I sit on hold AGAIN, trying to see what is going on with my claim. I wouldnt recommend this company to ANYONE.

I have been dealing with gap since 10/2024 and it has been nothing short of a chaotic mess. Insurance (progressive) paid their portion of my total loss but I keep getting the run around with GAP. First I get a generic email. I send all the requested documents to them and my lender does the same. Then I get an adjuster who says they need all the documents AGAIN. Mind you this is a MONTH later. So I call the lender and they fax the documents over. A month later the adjuster reaches out and says theyre still missing documents but doesnt say which ones! I called the customer service line, better be ready to wait upwards of 2 hours to get ahold of them, to which they tell me We cant see what youre missing youll have to ask your adjuster so I ask for her number and they say Im only able to email her. The problem is it takes her a month to respond. She reaches out today and shes still missing stuff from my lender. Lender faxes it ONCE AGAIN. GAP gave me an incorrect fax number. I am now paying for two cars, one that I currently dont have, at a grand total of $1000 a month because this company doesnt know what theyre doing. Horrible customer service, horrible wait times. I do not recommend this company at all, not even to my worst enemy.

BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We Purchased an extended warranty with this company and had the very top coverage (Pinnacle) which should have covered just about everything. Little did we know that this company would deny everything a certified professional recommended. We don't ever purchase used cars but decided to purchase one from a dealership where we normally purchase our cars. Just in case something was to ever go wrong with this car, we decided to purchase the extended warranty. Our vehicle is currently in the shop and has been there for the past 3 months plus while we still have to make car payments. They are very slow with getting someone out to inspect your car and when they do make a decision, it's always claim denied. They don't want to pay for anything major (an engine). **************** is a joke as well. Every time we call to inquire about the decision, it's always the run around or they can't disclose that information. We constantly ask to speak to the higher *** which the response is always someone will contact you and we never receive a call. We've had this car for one year and six months with the last six months being in the shop with all claims being denied. I beg everyone to please review their vehicle service agreement and if this name (NATIONAL AUTO CARE) is on it, decline or find another dealership that does not do business with this company. A consumer purchases insurance/warranty with the hopes of having a peace of mind should anything happens. That company in turn should honor and stand by the agreement. This company is a fraud and should not be in operation. At this point, all they are doing is stealing people's hard-earned money. We are not the 1 percenters.

This company is absolutely nothing but fraud. I purchased an extended warranty with the assurance if it was not used in x amount of time the full amount would be refunded. All the paperwork was submitted in 2020 and they never paid out the claim. Do not purchase a warranty from this company, or any company that is attached to this place.

After purchasing an extended warranty through NAC, the transmission in my car went out. Although it was covered, NAC reserves the right of choosing what quality of part will be used. They chose a used transmission from a junkyard that had ****** miles on it! And on the type of trans I needed, that's about as long as they last! So naturally, I called NAC to voice my concerns. The representative I spoke with was very rude, and basically admitted the parts they choose will always be the cheapest parts they can find, regardless of quality. I then asked to speak with a supervisor to file a complaint, but was declined! I received no help... Overall, National Auto Care is the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. I will never purchase from another vehicle dealer that offers NAC as the insurance!!!

Purchased a vehicle extended warranty with the assurance that I would have peace of mind when there was a problem with my vehicle. Twice it has been brought in needing a major repair, which was denied both times despite recommendation from a certified dealership. The vehicle is not safe to operate without the repair and I bring my children to school every day. In my opinion, this company sells extended warranties on the ****** that nothing will go wrong and then does everything in their power to deny repairs. Would not recommend to anyone.
