I've been ripped off and still am my truck needs a differential and they know it cause they had an adjuster take a look at it but wait they are looking for one for my ************ you the truck is a shop and they can get one for me but nope National Auto Care said Nope! I have rental reimbursement but I can't get it due to the repairs haven't been authorized and I only qualify for Labor Time for a rental (like really) then why are we offered this extended warranty when it's not there to help the customer. Oh did I mention that I haven't had a vehicle since 9/15/22 because they are looking for a differential for my truck so this thing about Rental Reimbursement well it's on their terms so don't fall for it people shop around. The time I really need for them to help me they haven't and here I am still waiting on them. Don't buy the Insurance.

1 star1 Star is generous. National Auto Care is a scam to stay away from. I paid $5K+ for top coverage. A tire blowout on my RV resulted in less than $1.5k in damages. When I forwarded the quote from the reputable and licensed repair facility, the responding agent emailed me back the following: "Are you kidding me? That price is way too f****** high." This response was unprovoked and unprofessional. This company has proven it is incompetent of fulfilling its agreement. If you are a good and honest person that doesn't want to be treated and talked to in this manner, avoid National Auto Care.Review fromKersten K.

I was denied my claim and my appeal on my power seat. They said my seat wouldn't work because of a bent frame and it wasn't related to the seat motor or switch. So I pain for a new motor and switch and ************! And frame is still bent. Theyd tried to deny my claim because of an unrelated issue they just refuse to cover wattanties. Terrible customer service. Denied a claim based a 6 minute appraisal for transmission problems that I documented took longer to occur and happened when only hauling a trailer with a **** Silverado. Went to a respected, certified auto mechanic for work done who extended warranty companies had worked well with in the past. Then this company denied my rental claim for the time that the truck was in the shop. I still had to rent a car for and half the time I had the car was because I had to wait several days for the appraisor to come and look at the truck. DO NOT Use this company for your extended warranty. I am going to cancel my policy.National Auto Care Corporation

National Auto Care and national ***************** or a predatory lending business national ***************** get your to refinance with in my predicament a Federal credit Union call skyone I have been a member of Navy Federal credit Union for about 8 or 9 years never in my whole life have I come up against such greedy shysters scam artists as nylon after 5 months I counseled my warranty May 4th 2022 I was supposed to get back **** and $14 according to their percentage and according to their $50 cancellation fee these people sent only $1,600 to pay off this so-called auto warranty to sky one half of my money is gone in 5 months they open this account the sky one without my permission I guess it was somewhere in some fine print but trust me I'm going over that contract right now they should be put out of business they should be prosecuted the only reason they're in business is for themselves it is not for a consumer ********* and denial and work out of the same office in the same time I've discussed this with Navy Federal credit Union and accredited credit Union and they said that this practice is in other words very illegal I demand the rest of my money that $800 needs to be returned the sky one I'm selling my 2017 ****** rogue and I'm not paying off the rest of that ****. This company needs a thorough investigation I see all the other complaints down here but two take money from someone something I did not want to do but got coerced into got tired of them calling my number just being bombarded with calls n Navy Federal credit Union would have refinance my car and I wouldn't even be paying 8%. I would probably be paying about 3.9 but after going through all this trouble with knowledge and national Auto Care a very good credit score has come down considerably. The federal government has to have some kind of regulations against such practices. Sky one should be ashamed of themselves for being affiliated with this. Negative stars for this "company". They will nitpick the c*** out of your claim and have you running marathons for documents they should already have, but choose to not have a database. Old-school and typical *********** non-existent customer service. Ask to speak to the "team" who are making these decisions and you'll be told they are non-customer facing. This is the worst group of individuals I have ever dealt with and would not recommend. I would love to speak about the warranty itself but, I've NEVER had a claim push through. They weasel their way out of claims and I have always paid out-of-pocket. Waste of money, days on the phone and spiking stress levels. Try to cancel and they'll hit you with cancellation fees. I'm walking away from this nightmare and they can keep the money, which is probably what they want anyway. There are plenty of other options, steer clear.National Auto Care Corporation

I would give zero Stars if it was an option. You have to jump through hoops to get a claim paid through them. I did everything by the book that I was told to do and they still denied my tiny little claim of $140 for a tire because I did not have a picture of my damaged tire!!! I even called ahead to make sure I did everything right and conveniently they did not tell me to take any pictures!!!! Please save your money and do not get this BS insurance!!!!!National Auto Care Corporation
