      This company Scammed me out of a lot of money! And after I paid them, a few days later they gave me a bogus “Report” then tried to get more money from me! Don’t believe what they say!

      This was terrible.., I wasted so much money for no real help. I was desperate and believed what they said because they are good talkers and made it sound like an easy case and they could get my Facebook down. The sales person in phase 1 into let me to believe there would be no problem getting a Facebook down and it may take a little time but after the person who is actually doing the work told me pretty much that we needed to keep reporting it and having our friends report it that she was not able to do anything but repot it. Mentally it helped 2-3 weeks but at the end of the day as a mom with a special needs child plus two other children I spent way to much money for nothing I could not have done myself. I used 2 full paychecks…. I am now in more in debt and no real solution.

      Ultimately I have to give Digital Forensics Corp. credit where it is due. The investigation team reached out to me after reviewing my file and told me they were giving me a full refund after reviewing my case, as they felt I didn’t need their services. The team member was kind and answered all of my questions, totally putting me at ease. Constructive criticism: Please train and incentivize your sales representatives to have a more empathetic and consultative/low pressure approach. I think this company is moving in the right direction.

      After being pressured and miss lead by the salesman . I signed the agreement with out having anyone else look at it . The sales man was well aware that there was not time for anyone to read the contract . After hearing his tales about the "Engineers " that evidently do not exist . I called back with in hours to get a refund and asked to cancel in full . He agrees to give me a full refund that I have never received . In my case there is no email trail to follow , this sly salesman simply walks you through sending payment asap and leaves no way to prove anything about the way they swindle you with the bait and switch .
