      I made the mistake of going with DFC's 30 day tier to combat some online extortionists. After doing more research and reading some BBB reviews, I decided to cancel my plan, even though I has sent in my paperwork just a few hours before. I contacted my case rep and he made quick contact with me, but I have been unable to get in touch with the rep assigned to cancel my account after repeated emails and phone messages. I have heard this is a tactic they use to prolong the time so you don't get a full refund. For whatever reason, they require you to cancel on the phone. This is frustrating and I no longer want their services. Their sales reps pressure you to signing up when you're already in a vulnerable state.

      Fantastic service even though a bit pricey but you get what you paid for. what I Almost was Irreplaceable and Zachary and his team got it all figured out . I greatly appreciate EVERYTHING!

      As mentioned, Um early in the Digital Forensics process mainly because of a hold up in my end. So far, I’ve been very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of my Account Manager, Justin. He answered my call in under 10-minutes upon inquiry and was very thorough and upfront regarding the process and costs. I will be calling for an engineer to work with me to mirror the fumes in my devices and see what’s extracted. Thank you.

      I made a mistake and was being blackmailed into sending money to group in Nigeria. I was scared and looked up Digital Forensics Corp for help. After talking to the sale rep, I was led to believe that they would take care of the investigation and stop all attempts to blackmail, what they call phase 1. They even took over my ******** ********* account with the promise to have the scammers delete all my posts and pictures. They did indicate that they had a high success rate and most scammers stop after being confronted with their warnings. I was convinced to send lots of money on a three day service (phase 1). When Digital Forensics took over, the scammer attack increased and became vicious. The scammers even contacted my wife and daughter, send my posts and pictures (that was supposed to be deleted per the report) to my wife. My case handler, Christian, was unavailable during this time. After a week, I finally was able to talk to Christian. He sent the report, which he read to me verbatim. Not only did they not stop the threats, they could not even determine the identity of the scammer. Then he tried to sell me phase 2 of the program. Which was supposed to do the same thing as phase 1 (which failed). I asked for a manager and was put in touch with a Christopher ******* Who tried to convince me to go with phase 2. After I hung up on Chris ******* I was texted with another person who claimed to be the real Chris ******* Do not go with this company, because there are two Chris ******* working there. Either that, or they were trying to scam me out of more money. This business is a scam just as bad as the scammers in Nigeria.

      They leave notes on a file regarding a payment plan and then refuse to read them. Repeatedly charging your account until you are -$800 in overdraft. They don't honestly provide a service. Collections also made an agreement with me and didn't abide by it. Whatever situation you are in, do yourself a favor and let it pass by on its own. This company will extort and drain you for all your worth. They aren't any better than the people they claim to help you against.

To my rep, Shannon, who was empathetic, clear, and quick to manage all the details. And Rebecca, our analyst, who reassured me that there is light at the end of the tunnel and my situation will be resolved. Thank you!

      I was SCAMMED by Digital Forensics Corp., they coasted me along into signing an agreement with the knowledge that I have no job or anyway of paying them. A few of months ago I was a victim of sextortion and was not thinking clearly, running scared basically. So, I asked this company for help and was told by this company how the video of me will be manipulated to show me as a predator. With that in mind, I told them I have no job but will pay the Initial $100 and they said they will find this person. Well over a WEEK PASTED with no updates on my case, I would call around during that time to talk to someone in the company about my case and to also say I do not know how I would pay them, even my family got involved. Eventually Digital Forensics does come back to me with a REPORT ON THE CRINMALS COUNTRY AND THEY SAID WE CAN COVER THIS UP IF YOU PAY US $100,000!!! I AM NOW SLAP WITH A $5000 BILL TO PAY OVER A 3 YEAR TIME PERIOD AND DIGITAL FORENSICS IS TRYING TO BULLY ME OUT OF MONEY I DO NOT HAVE!!!!!
