      I would just like to brag on the help I received from one of the teams members named Melissa. She’d went above and beyond to help answer all my questions regarding my contract. Melissa was super polite and professional and that is a hard trait to find in todays world. Thank you for your help Melissa!

      If I could give any more stars it would be in the negative area. I have had my 2018 Highlander for three years never missed a service, only went to another ****** dealership once and made sure to call the number even , did most of the recommended services just so I wouldn’t void my warranties. Well here I am three year later with a truck with 70,000 miles, with a well known transmission issue with these brand and they denied my claim because they said there was mileage discrepancies. Well I can’t help the people y’all contract are not competent in doing data entry and had my mileage put down incorrect . I will never buy a vehicle I can’t fix myself again! Thanks but no thanks!

      My tire blew up San Diego and towed it to tire shop. Next day I filed the claim on line and submitted couple of pictures. The adjuster Samantha needed a few more info on the tread of the tires. Once it was submitted my claim was approved. Piece of cake. Very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend.

      Easy to understand options from the menus. The personal rep was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly. She explained my choices of service and suggested the preferred direction I should take with fulfilling my warranty obligations

      I have been broke down and stranded for 5 days and I can not get anyone at Portfolio to answer or help me. WHAT DO I DO? WHERE DONI GET HELP? My **** is broke down and I have no car or way to get to work HELPPPPPP

      Love that everything went smooth! I was a little worried when I called in to make a claim on the warranty, but Amanda in the claims department made me feel at ease. She assured me they would open a claim and review it for approval, if approved the dealership could begin repairs and I would be on the road… Being a skeptic I wasn’t sure it would be this easy, boy was I wrong! They got me back on the road same day! First time buying a warranty, and because of this, I’d buy again. Thanks again Amanda!
