      I bought a 2016 Kia ******* new and always kept the maintenance up at another dealership closer to my home. Warranty Forever voided my warranty since the maintenance wasn`t performed at the dealer I purchased my vehicle from.

      DON'T BUY IT unless your read EVERY word of their contract!! The maintenance agreement states that you have to have maintenance oil changes done at the "Seller's" **********. We did this for 2 years until we moved. We continued to have our oil changed every ***** miles at a *** ********** near our new home so we wouldn't void our warranty. We DID NOT realize we had to have "permission" to get the oil changed when you change *** **********s! Recently, our *** went in for it's scheduled oil change & inspection (and failed for the very first time). It needed bearings. We paid $500 & called "Warranty Forever" to file a claim. Not only did they refuse to pay, they also voided our warranty due to the fact that we did not get "pre-authorization" to get the oil changed at this new *** ********** we had been dealing with for the last 2 years! I asked if I submitted all the oil change documents, would they continue our warranty? I reasoned that an oil change would have been approved anyway & was nothing more than scheduled maintenance. I also wasn't asking for the $500 repair job to be reimbursed. I mean, if I needed authorization for a repair & failed to do it, then it's my own fault for not reading the contact from top-to-bottom. Unfortunately, they held firm to their decision & voided our warranty. We were told it wasn't due to the fact that we didn't get pre-authorization for the repair. They voided our warranty because we didn't get approval for each & every oil change at a different *** **********. VERY disappointing & VERY expensive mistake!

      I have had to call in twice now for a windshield replacement and they have been prompt and able to help get me in super fast! Thank you for the prompt customer service
