    Exceptional customer service! I ordered two different pillows from Downlite. They had such good reviews, I just washed them and threw away the packaging when I received my order, thinking they would probably be fine. Unfortunately, neither of the pillows worked for me and I found them very uncomfortable. I had received emails requesting review of the products, and I did leave reviews noting the pillows were not good for me. I did not attempt to return them, as I had thrown away the original packaging and already washed them, so I figured I just had to eat the wasted expense. A day or two after leaving my reviews that I was unsatisfied with the products, Downlite reached out to me personally and REFUNDED MY ENTIRE ORDER! They apologized that the pillows did not meet my expectations, and said they strive for all customers to be happy and love their purchase. As such, they generously refunded my entire order cost and told me I could just go ahead and donate the lightly used pillows. Such INCREDIBLE customer service was unexpected and a really pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this company and do business with them again (next time, I will be sure to keep my packaging in case something doesn't work out - they offer hassle free returns with original packaging).     Pillows were not as I expected but they made it right and refunded my money and let me keep the product. Not a bad product at all just not what I was looking for.

    First time ordering from Downlite. The pillow I ordered was not quite what I wanted. I ordered a different kind and they told me to keep my first order. So refreshing to work with a company that wants to make sure I get what I want. Will order from them again and will definitely recommend to others.

    Phenomenal customer service. Quality products!! Will absolutely purchase from them again and again. Only place I could find the flattest but still soft enough pillow. Highly recommend!!

    After finding Downlite pillows from a recent hotel stay, I had to find them and buy for myself and I'm so happy I did! Great quality and their customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely purchase any future bedding from them and will recommend to others. Five stars all the way around!!

    Would definitely order from them again! I had to return a pillow that was too fluffy for my husband but the customer service was amazing and they told me to donate the pillow!

    What a great company and fantastic customer service. The product was so comfortable and just enough cushion. The user had already purchased a topper so I had to return this one and the process was very easy. I highly recommend this company and their practices.

    They made the return process extremely easy by me not having to return the items I did not want. They said to keep or donate the items. It was very generous of them and they are a top notch company that I would do business with again.

    I am so impressed with this company! Stellar customer service to say the least! Their website is super informative and they are extremely helpful, environmentally conscious, and generous. Their pillows are well made and they are truly interested in making sure you get one that is the right fit for your needs. This was my first order from them but it will not be my last!
