    I was unable to get ahold of customer support for help choosing, and same for this issue. I have only disability income, so I have to watch every dollar. I had to buy this in hopes of easing pain, and I did not see this mailer I got, giving me 25 percent off. Would you please either cancel my order number ******, so I can re order with the promo code I got in the mail? (********) Or process a refund of 25 percent to the existing order? I would really appreciate either. Sincerely, ******** *******

    Thank you so much for your order and letting us know of the issue. Upon researching the order I see that one of my customer service agents had issued a refund on 3/3/25. You are all set and normally we always honor older coupons within a 30 day window but it turns out the item you selected was out of stock and in the agents notes it says you opted to cancel.     I purchased two pillows from downlightbedding.com I have emailed several times Inquiring on the order status I have not received a response. I just called the number listed on their website from an email order that they sent me and it is a number that states I am eligible for a free medical device. I have determined this is a scam.
