      Kimble is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They constantly lie and say the can wasn't out and refuse to refund me. Do NOT give your business to Kimble. Absolutely pathetic company.

      We see you have spoken to a representative this morning regarding your issue in question. The route for Thursday, May 30th was rescheduled to Friday, May 31st due to the Memorial Day holiday.  The driver reported the container was not out when he arrived at your location.  We have gone ahead and contacted our service team that you may have extra for service today.  In the future, if service is not provided, please contact us the following day so that we can address the situation immediately rather than calling on your next service day.  This will assure we get the situation resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you for being a valued customer of Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

      They neglect to pick up our trash and yard waste on a weekly basis but still manage to send a bill for the same amount every time. If they aren't fulfilling their end for services rendered then where do they have the audacity to bill us the same amount? This has been going on for years with them and yet they continue to "provide service" for ********** **. This is not an example of you get what you pay for.

      0 stars!!!!!!The trash man has been throwing my trash cans in my ditch, and leaving bags in cans, letting **** fly all over my yard on the regular. One day I set a garden cart out with trash in it and the cart was taken. I complained about the service and the garden cart. At first they called and said they would replace my cart, giving me a credit for the cost of it. THEN when I gave them the estiate, They replied with well you have an additional kimble can. I said Id acquired it 8 years ago at an old rental property I had and Kimble didnt come get it after a few weeks so I kept it. They said they would charge me for having it if I didnt return it AND that they wouldnt reimburse my garden cart because I used it for trash. This company, and their customer service is TRASH!!!

      If I could give no stars, I would. What a terrible company. They haven't come on the scheduled day in three years. They can't do simple bookkeeping. We have to leave our trash out for days. Their customer service is HORRIFIC!

      As apartment business owners we are trying to cancel our service with Kimble. The initial service contract with J & J Refuse in 2010 was signed by my father (who is deceased). We purchased the business in 2016 after his passing, changed the name & continued paying the bill every month with the same account number. We did not receive a contract with the name change or our signatures. We had no contract in the business files. We had no idea it’s automatically renewed every 3 years WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. We were not even aware of a service contract until I tried to cancel. How can this contract still be valid & legal? Our legal business name is not on it. Our signatures are not on it! It doesn’t even have Kimble’s name on it! We are being told we have the option of paying the monthly bill for 6 months WITHOUT SERVICE or sending a certified cancellation letter 90 days prior to the renewal date of April 2025. How is this fair to us? Heck, we can’t even get past the person answering the phone for further discussion!

      Just horrible. Stay away. I’ve been a customer less than three months because my previous collection company decided to discontinue collecting in our area. In that less than three months. My trash collection has been on time exactly twice. I have been skipped at least four times. The rest of the times collections have been at least one day late. How a company can stay in business with this level of service is confounding. I’ve read the complaints on BBB and find their responses to complaints to be insulting and condescending to their customers. They have been using the same excuse of a shortage of drivers for well over a year now. It’s been a year you should have hired drivers by now, I just paid my bill, so they have three months to fix this horrible service or I am going somewhere else. Customers deserve to get what they pay for, not the horrible service provided by Kimble Company. I’m not holding my breath for any improvements. Bottom line… Avoid if at all possible.

      We have been in contact with the customer and explained route delays are unfortunately happening due to the lack of drivers. We are continually working on hiring / training drivers to get a permanent driver on the route. We suggest leaving trash out if not collected as they run any delays first thing the following day. We are also now notifying customers via email on delay notifications. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the delays! Thank you!

      One star is more than they deserve. In June of 2023 we were informed that the duplex we lived in was being sold, so we moved at the end of June. When we called Kimble to start service at our new address, and cancel service at the old address the Kimble rep asked what we did with our garbage can, to which we informed him that it was still at the rental property. His reply was "Okay, its a rental, that should be fine then". Nothing else was said about our garbage can during that call. Fast forward two months and we receive a bill to our new address stating that we owe $100 for a non returned tote. So, I called Kimble, they say the new owner says there no trash can there, and thats why we owe it to them. I called the previous owner to ask where our garbage can went and he tells me it was there when ownership was transferred to the new owners and he doesn't know what happened to it after that. So I call Kimble to resolve this again, and again, and again, in total 5 times speaking to 6 different people over a two month time frame. Every time I spoke to Kimble they told me "don't do anything with that bill, wait for us to call you back". No one ever called back. Now, they sent it to collections, and tacked on a late fee. So I called again. This time wanting to know if they had made any effort to see if the garbage can was still at the property, as the garbage cans have a barcode on them that Kimble can scan. The answer is no, no they have not made any effort whatsoever other than calling the new property owners who never returned Kimbles call. Now, my service is about to be cut off if I don't pay these scam artists, and our city has no other trash service, only Kimble. Basically, Kimble can do whatever they want, if they want to randomly decide you need to give them money for something, they can, with no evidence whatsoever of anything they are saying. We have pictures, and 6 separate people who can say the can was there when the new owners took over. Simply ridiculous.

      Kimble is consistently late with pick up. Not once since we became a customer have they picked up our trash on the scheduled day! Took four weeks to deliver a can and today was the final straw! They drove past our house (trash was put out Wednesday for our scheduled Thursday pick up). The driver actually coded the drive by as no trash cans were at the road...yet we put them there on Wednesday. Lies and horrible business practices. And...to keep animals away from the trash I should sprinkle it with pepper or lemon juice! Give me a break!!!

      I had to cancel our service last week, after having kimble several years. When we first started with them the contract was the roll container, extra bags and 1 bulk item a month. Which we never used. The 1 time we do use it we get charged $6? I know that doesn't seem like much but it has been going up almost every time the last few years. I called and talked to a man, who I told my problem too. He looked it up and said we didn't have that service? I had him look up what year we started 2015 is what he had. But, we had transferred our service from our other home when we moved. I have had to pick up glass, and other sharp objects that were left after the trash truck left. Never have I called. I just feel this company should look at their loyal customers and try to keep them instead of trying to get new.

      I live on State Route 43 in Suffield. We are suppose to be a Friday pick up. In 2 years it is always delayed until Saturday. Several times including this past week they have rescheduled for Monday. It still has not been picked up. I have called multiple times and all I get is I am sorry. They are a service industry which is not providing any service. i have to get every morning when it is "scheduled" to put it out to keep animals out of it. This is affecting my life. This is a worthless company! **** **
