      Never pick up trash on time! They throw the cans and leave scattered trash everywhere. I went 3 weeks with no pickup after several calls into there offices. When they finally came to pick up I had 5 extra bags. Which I told the office. The driver emptied the can and left 2 bags. *** is that. Almost like the driver did on purpose. Left little scattered trash on the ground to. Very unprofessional. The office is always very nice but obviously have a poor caliber of employees. I’ll be switching to a new company after I take these extra bags and there can to the offices!

      We've been struggling with On-time trash pickup from the Kimble Co. for the last 6 months. We've been extremely patient with them as they are struggling to hire new personnel. They've been a day or two late consistently for the last six months. On-time every once in a while, but I can count that number of times with one hand. Now the company is using the weather as an excuse for not picking up. we've call them the last two days and they said that someone is out to pick it up but that is another untruth. It's been 16 days since our last pickup.

      Weekly trash service is LATE AGAIN. And AGAIN and AGAIN. VERY POOR SERVICE!

      Called to ask if they was going to charge for extra trash cause they didn't pick it up the week before. And it would be 2 weeks of trash. Instead of 1 week because they didn't last week. But they wouldn't answer me about it. Don't think it's fair if they charge extra when they didn't pick it up week before

      Sporadic garbage pickup. Doesn't follow schedule for trash pickup. When you call they are rude and not helpful. Blames weather on trash pickup which is not true

      Terrible service. They broke our can and dumped our trash all over the road. When we called to complain, the receptionist and driver accused us of lying. (Exact words) The driver refused to come back and clean up the mess. We had to clean it up. We canceled them immediately. The receptionist was extremely rude and told us that if we don’t return the can, they will consider it stolen. It took them 3 weeks to come pick their can up.

      Pickup used to be on Tuesdays and they rarely showed up on Tuesdays. Then they decided to change the days to Wednesdays and they rarely showed up on Wednesdays now. Customer service is horrible!! Going with our local as he is always on time without making up several excuses and very considerate of his customers opinions. Kimbles is a joke!

      Moved to our new home, set up an account, paid for the first quarter, picked up our Kimble Container, have not had any service for the first two weeks. Called numerous times, always get the blah, blah, run around. I'm sick and tired of it, ready to cancel our account! All we want is what we paid for, and that is for Kimble to pickup our TRASH!!!!!!!

      Several weeks in a row of delays on their trash pickup and then charge customers for extra bags of trash. Terrible customer service as well. Do not recommend.

      Terrible company! Broke a patio table, ( which wasn't mine) and swept it off the street into my driveway and left.. I called to complain and the secretary literally said in a panic that I was threatening her lol. I think the whole company is mentally deficient. I don't mind helping out these kinds of folks but they should all have some kind of supervisor before they hurt themselves. No way should these people be driving large trucks on public roads.
