      Caresource isn't what it used to be... meaning..their agents LIE. Put me on hold for an hour. They have no empathy when making a mistake Their system had a glitch in it and not 1 agent knew about it. I spoke to Rick ( very rude. spoke so fast I had to tell him twice to slow down) Megan...( Grinch attitude) Alexa ( very bold and rude) Susan ( no care in the world) My son's cards were both deactivated ( Healthy Benefits and Dual advantage card for no reason at all bc of this ridiculous glitch. He is in desperate need of this card since 03/01/2025 . I had to literally give him money to purchase food bc this card has been delayed and I'm furious!! These agents NO NOTHING but give you a Grinch attitude just by asking questions!

      They deserve a zero the member services Rude don’t wanna work, The third-party stuff is for the birds, they have a directory for providers, but do not provide all doctors or specialist and correctly meaner they want you to use a app or have them do it. I only have four ZIP Codes that I do and they refuse to look them up because it is not my ZIP Code, I do not travel outside of these ZIP Codes. The specialist is out barely any they told me that I would have to call premier health to find my doctors they do not want to work. I switch back to them because they said that I will get better care about a month ago I still have not heard from a case manager , when you talk to a supervisor she’s like well I can do it and she’s very rude. I do not want to spend all day on the phone. That’s why I got a directory, but they fail to put or update any information and make it easy for people with the directories that so we don’t have to call. We could just look it up , the rewards program is only for what they say during A certain age group, I cannot have some of the stuff done because of my health so I’m out of even getting any chance to get a reward because I can’t get them done. I can’t see Dietitian because I am not diabetic or in the hospital. They told me to call around and Google doctors that I’m looking for and I call around. Why can’t they do it? It’s their job insurance companies. They should have it also in their directory book and what they get paid to I do not do transportation because they have stuck with a drunk driver on site unsanitary car and I do not and it’s not safe for me. We stuck outside for hours few hours at a time after appointment where nowhere I can get something to eat or bathroom and being a safe place.

      After spending over $21,000 on our CareSource insurance premiums last year, I could not recommend this ACA insurance provider. By providing high contractual allowed amounts, our office visits were essentially self pay. Over half our physician visits in 2023 with CareSource were handled this way as well. I was met with poor, unknowledgeable customer service on many occasions and EOB remark codes that were wrong and misleading. This experience has been unique from previous and current insurance providers. I made a mistake in choosing CareSource. With healthcare insurance requirements, expensive premiums, out of pocket expenses and unknowledgeable customer service, I could not recommend this company.

      Spammers. Left a cryptic voice mail about 'being my health insurance provider' and needing me to give them information. Uh no, nice try I'm with BCBS and don.t appreciate this. Avoid these guys like the plague. Spammers are using area code **** ********

      They are downright horrible. They cut off my insurance without telling me. They allowed me to pay 2 months worth of insurance. They also told me I was still covered when I went to the Doctor. Surprise I wasn’t. Now I am being billed from the Dr. Now they canceled me because of non payment and then proceeded to give me back 2 months worth of payment. 100% worst insurance ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

      This is the Worst insurance company ever! They have messed up with my plan from day one, and try to say I owe money to them that they refunded to me. I can't use the insurance i'm paying for right now for medications or doctor visits, and I can't get anyone to help me. Someone need to step in and investigate the fraudulent company!

      Caresource is the worst Insurance out there. My son has a pre-existing heart condition and CareSource denied coverage of an ECHO required by his doctor to monitor his condition. He has a leak in his heart valve. SHAME ON THEM FOR PLAYING WITCH DOCTOR AS THEY SIT IN THE KITCHEN DENYING PEOPLES HEALTHCARE. DENY, DENY, DENY, IS THEIR MOTTO. CareSource sued for $9.9M in data breach class action lawsuit. THIS IS A CURRENT LAWSUIT AS OF SEPT OF 2023. Contacted a LAWYER, SEE YOU IN COURT CARESOURCE. ITS CALLED BREACH OF CONTRACT, MY SON HAS INSURANCE COVERAGE AND CARESOURCE IS DENYING PRE-APPROVAL TO PAY FOR SERVICES A SURGEON IS REQUESTING BEFORE SURGERY. WTF. YOU DESERVE NO STARS BUT CAN'T SUBMIT WITHOUT 1.

      Can't wait to drop them. Won't cover anything. I have life threatening congestive heart failure. Won't cover my echos. Or blood work. But they sure take my montly. Premiums.

      Can NOT wait to change companies!!! No providers accepting this that are any good. I'm having to go to Walmart for vision because NO other provider in my are will accept Caresource. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!! Also they are now making getting MEDICATIONS and TESTING RIDICULOUSLY HARD!!!! BEWARE!!!!

      Care Source is the worst insurance I’ve ever dealt with in my adult life!!! Customers service is the worst with run arounds excuses as to why medications need pre authorization, do not answer pharmacy request for authorizations. I was taking a trip over seas and need a vacation deferment and worked with my provider and my pharmacy on it weeks in advance so I did not run out of a very vital medication on my trip. After every one did their part per Care Source instructions they still denied me my medication. We are talking three days early here to fill. My provider was able to obtain samples of key medication so I did not run out that one. I did however run out of my other medications while traveling. Pathetic!!! The provider and pharmacist were shocked and appalled by Care Sources handling of the matter. Unfortunately my circumstances do not allow me a choice in insurance companies and it’s more stress than one should have to deal with. At times it feels like cruelty for needing health care. SAD!
