    I had a great experience with ***** *****! He explained and was very patient with every question I had. He even demonstrated the advantages of the windows! He even helped me with financing until I was satisfied with the price. I definitely recommend working with ***** and Universal Windows.

    Used once. they installed 4 windows. GREAT JOB! Very happy with sales, install, and product. Used a second time for 8 windows, 2 exterior doors with screen doors. Salesman was under trained. So contract written incorrectly twice. Measurements were incorrect. Twice. Products keep showing up wrong or incomplete. Nearly 2 years later, still waiting and making payments. Filed complaint with Ohio consumer affairs. They responded with a bunch of garbage and case was closed. Can't afford an attorney right now to pursue them. They are slow to return calls or don't even follow up with anybody that can do anything. Seems there's a bunch of brain dead monkeys, like our congress, working there. ****** DON'T EVER USE!!!! ****

    We had an outstanding experience with Devin W**** today. He did an amazing job explaining exactly why we should purchase our windows from Universal Windows Direct. He explained all of our options very clearly so we could make an informed decision prior to making a purchase.     I had new windows installed August 4th 2023 been trying to reach out to universal windows direct since August 4th about my complaint and dissatisfaction I was told on the 7th had to wait 1-2 business days for them to receive work order from the installers and for me to send pictures of dissatisfaction to a email that they would reach out to resolve the matter. I have written them a complaint letter sent emails called multiple times still have not heard from them since August 7th now August 27th 2023 I am not signing off until a management position contacts me to resolve concern issues .

    Matt came out to give me estimate on Windows for my Condo. He was very professional, showed up on time and even played with my dogs. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and took the time to explain the building and install of the windows. He allowed me to ask questions about the process. Matt is a really great person and great at his job and I love that the windows are made in Ohio.
