    Terrible! We spent over $17,000 replacing all windows in our home a couple years ago. They tore out ALL windows and then realized one window was not the correct measurement. Put our old window back in place and sprayed foam sealer around it which looked hideous! Told us it would be a couple of weeks to get the right one...which turned into 3 MONTHS! We had to live with that horrendous looking spray foam sticking out all over from the outside for everyone to see for MONTHS! Fast forward... Same window begins fogging and has condensation between the panes on the inside of glass. Tech comes out and says it's due to the humidity in our home. Leaves us with that answer and no solution, knowing it's the ONLY window doing it in the entire house! Fast forward again....the window has a permanent black film on the inside where the condensation was. They sent another tech who admits we should have been given a new window in the first place when it began fogging, because that means the seal was broken! Now, it is 3 weeks after that visit and I call them because I have not heard anything about when they are bringing the new one. They tell me the ticket was created but the order was not placed with the factory!!! What kind of company continues to play around like this and stills remains in business?!

    Devin W**** gave an outstanding presentation of Universal Windows Direct, down to the little details that make a window energy-efficient, secure, easy to clean, open close and maintain. Zeroing in on details that one doesn't know are important to the efficient operation and durability of the window and what other brand name window installers don't tell you about. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the windows. They have the quality that I want in windows with a lifetime warranty that I most likely won't need to use. I can't wait to say, "I love my new windows" and watch my energy bills go down.
