    Universal Windows staff , ****, ************ were nice, professional, efficient & cleaned up well. They arrived early 10:45am & were gone by 2pm. I hope they will install my next 4 windows.

    Servicemen were professional and thorough. The one gentleman who was helping with clean up was not as focused as the two installers this the 4 star rating.

    I have had nothing but problems starting with the sales guy but mostly with the contractor and the only person remotely willing to help is the regional manager in **. The **** ************* who I have seen other complaints about has never checked on my issue or contacted me. If I knew then I would never have gotten Universal Windows. What a sham. I will be regretting this for the next 20 years for sure .

    Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to get installation scheduled. My windows were ready sooner than expected and installed by a great friendly crew. The were prompt and did a great job. Love the way my windows look.

    I paid for windows 4 month ago. install was today. installers were great. for some reason windows direct told the subcontractors that I didn't want flashing on the outside of the windows. I don't have a clue where they came up with that idea. so I have windows with no flashing. insulation sticking out everywhere that the flashing should be. so far 3 calls to try and get it resolved with people playing the blame game with no results. my hoa is ****** and after me about it and I'm stuck.

    So far, so good, but the seventeen windows we ordered have only been installed for two days. The ordering process was very efficient and the young salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable of his product and never once did we feel there were any high pressure sales tactics. We felt the quote he gave us was very reasonable considering the number of windows we needed replaced. The time frame of contract entry to window delivery was originally estimated at possibly sixteen weeks. However, it actually ended up being about half that. The crew that came to handle the installation actually had all seventeen of them and all interior work finished up by noon and came back the next day to finish the outside work. The only bad thing I can point out would be that two screens need minor repair along the edge (probably shipment/handling damage) and several of the tabs that allow the windows to tilt in have literally popped off. However, before the install crew left they had the paperwork prepared to submit for the repairs to be done. Overall, very good experience and only time will tell as to exactly how happy we are with these windows. Please take note that I would have given a five star review if it werent for the fact the tilt in tabs popped off when I tried using them.
