    Overall I think this company does what it claims; provides weight loss medication without having a condition like diabetes or high blood pressure etc that insurance deems necessary in order to obtain the medication. I think the app and website could be better, but it works. I am always able to get a refill when I need it and it usually arrives within 2 or 3 days of ordering. I have had good experiences with the nurse practitioners who have given me good advice and answered all of my questions and then some. Similarly, if I have to call customer service, they are always friendly, non judgmental, and fix my problem.Of course a cheaper mediation price or ditching the membership fee would be nice, but they are competitive with other similar companies. I did a lot of research based mostly on cost of medication and membership - medication is basically the same but membership cost varies widely.
