I asked if I would get my full 6 months worth of medication sent to me now if I paid in full and renewed for 6 months. They can no longer fill compounded medication after May. The only reason I renewed for 6 months is because they told me they would fill the order in full because of the pending deadline. I only received 12 weeks of medication and they refuse to send me the rest knowing they will be unable to do so in a few weeks.Business Response

On 3-10-25 I had an appointment with the ** to change from *********** to tirzepatide. The ** said she would write the prescription for 10 mg starting and taper up to 15 mg. The ** sent the script/invoice same day. I bought the 6 month supply for 1194 the same day. When I received the medication on 3-14, I received 3 months of 10 mg. I immediately emailed customer service that it wasnt the correct dose and was supposed to taper up to 15 mg. **************** said they were fixing the problem and got the new order of medication sent out. When I received the new order on 3-23, it was exactly the same as the last, 10 mg with no taper. I reached out again and customer service said I had to meet with the doctor again. I met with the ** and she said the note put in by the previous ** did confirm it was supposed to be 10 mg and taper up to 15 mg. IVIM Health said I could not have a copy of my medical note. I reached out again and now they are telling me that I chose 10 mg for the whole 6 months and would have to pay extra if they could even change it. The prescriber is the one who wrote the prescription for that dose, I did not choose that. Im not sure why the prescriber would write for a dose that was not discussed. The 10 mg dose does not work and now I am out of 1194 plus the monthly *****. I am asking for a refund since the medication is not what was discussed with the provider and does not work.Business Response

They literally left me without medication for WEEKS because they shipped to the wrong address and refused to address it until well after I was out of medication. I was told I would be contacted by pharmacy deparment. Waited a week without medication, nothing. Called several times to be on hold for 45 minutes and the have the phone hung up.Business Response

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over two years, but over the past year, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of their GLP-1 products. I previously raised concerns about inconsistencies in their injections due to frequent changes in their compounding pharmacies. Most recently, I placed a six-month order of Tirzepatide, only to find that the pharmacy had been switched again. Instead of receiving the full six-month supply, I was sent only three months’ worth. I politely requested either a 50% refund or the option to return the product for a full refund. However, the company refused, offering only a one-time courtesy membership cancellation. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, I am extremely disappointed with how they have handled this situation. At this point, I am demanding a full refund.Business Response

the time to be available should be before a complaint is made. In 3 months I paid for a service that was not available, hard to navigate and the medicine provide was questionable due to its lack of effectiveness. I am not the only consumer with the same complaints.

To restate, patient communications were responded to within one business day in this situation, and the Ivim team was able to provide thorough answers. The path to resolution provided was posed to the patient, and the patient has not taken those steps. Immediately upon receiving the original BBB complaint, outreach was made and the patient did not respond to direct outreach via their email of record with Ivim.

The product they sent was ineffective and concerning now that I’m receiving it from a different provider and its effects were immediate.

I ordered a terzepatide compounded product and less than 24 hours later I was told that I could not cancel the order which was for $1197. I purchased a 3 month supply of the Compounded Tirzepatide on Feb 27th for 597$. The transaction was very easy. I have done everything I was told to do and have taken my 3rd dosage and do not feel any effects. I have gained weight and my appetite has increased. It feels like I’m shooting water in me. I contacted the company for a refund and I just keep getting a generic response and it’s also not allowing me to cancel until after 3 months. After that it will be another 225 coming out my account. ***********: they made no efforts to rectify or make the customers satisfied. They don’t care about retention. Once you come to them with a complaint they give you an oh well attitude, because they already have the money. I will take the medication to an outside lab and have them check to see if it’s what they say it is. Then I’m going to make sure my supporters know that this company only cares about money and to spend there hard earned money else where.

I used IVIM health to sign up for their weight loss program where compounded *********** was suggested to me. They had a deal to spend $400 on a 3 month supply. I took one dose of the medicine and was throwing up so much that I had to go to to the ** due to dehydration and never took another dose. I reached out to IVIM health to let them know that I had a bad reaction to their medication and I should not continue and they said that I committed to the 3 months membership and supply so I was locked in. I think it is irresponsible to run a business where someone is committed to 3 months use of a drug (or access to a drug) that led to a hospitalization.Business Response

They also never answer your questions fully and continue to say I received the correct amount yet i keep telling them it's not true. They do not stand behind their product. BUYER BEWARE.. I subscribed to Ivim Health for GLP1 meds. In order to have them submit a prior authorization to your insurance you have to subscribe to a monthly subscription. They have a coupon code for your first of February free. I used that code but was charged anyway. I requested a refund and was told they would give me my second month free and I was good with that. I then received a notification from then that my insurance would not approve the prior authorization. I checked with my insurance and no prior authorization was submitted to them. I have canceled the membership after 3 days and no services were provided. I haven't even spoken to a medical provider yet and they are refusing to refund the $74.99. Signed up for 3 days, no service provided for $74.99? That makes no sense whatsoever! I an attaching documents to show the coupon for February for free and also a screenshot of all prior authorizations submitted to my insurance in the last year.Business Response
