    This is my second month using Ivim Health. My first month was great—they used ****** ********, whose products worked well for me.

    When I initially spoke with my provider, I specifically requested that they not use ********** ********, and she assured me that this would be noted. However, this month, they decided to use ********** ******** for my Tirzepatide prescription. ********** is a terrible compounding pharmacy—their vials feel like they’re filled with water.

    I paid for my order on 02/14/2025 and received an email the same day stating that a shipping label had been created by ********** ********. Immediately, I contacted Ivim Health to request that the order be canceled and the prescription either be sent to a different pharmacy or canceled entirely. Since it was a Friday evening, the order had not yet shipped, and the pharmacy wouldn’t be open until Monday.

    Despite this, Ivim Health has refused to take any action and has even stopped responding to me. Given the high cost of their membership and products, they should be far more attentive to the quality of their partnering pharmacies and the medications they provide. Not only did they disregard my request, but they also violated HIPAA by sending my information to a pharmacy I explicitly asked them not to use. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially after having such a great first month—despite the long shipping times.

    IVIM uses deceptive practices in the sale of their weight loss injections. Unlike other websites that clearly list what is in a compound (unless it is pure), IVIM fails to do so. It was only after receiving my product that I learned the compound (tirzepatide) contained Niaciminide, which upon further investigation, I learned reduces the effectiveness of the drug. Moreover, the vial is supposed to have four doses. At my last dose, I was not able to get the product out of the vial. I assume this was because of the long flimsy needle provided by the company's pharmacy (that is so flimsy, it feels like it is going to break off inside of you). I contacted the company for a refund as I did not get the full value of the product, and they refused to honor the quality of their product by issuing a refund, directing me to instructions on how to use an injection. I am not a stranger to injections. I have purchased injections from other providers and had no problem with them. In other words, I know what I am doing and explained this to them. The only answers I ever got was to call the pharmacy as if I had any say in the pharmacy used by the company and no accountability by the company at all.

    I canceled my subscription for monthly subscription and have been charged 74.99 and will not return the funds to me. I have asked 3 times.

    Ordered 2/4/25 - Order#******* I spoke with your doctor prior to receiving my medication on 2/6/25. I specifically asked if I was going to have help and guidance administering the medication as I have never had to give myself a shot before. The doctor stated that yes I will have unlimited access to help for any needs related to using IVIM medication. I received my order with dosage but no instruction. I spent hours calling, texting, emailing and could not get to anyone. Medical support is what I am paying $75 a month for a membership for. All I receive is a message saying someone will get back to me in 1-2 business days. That is unacceptable and not what I signed up for. This is false advertising. I have disputed the amount with my bank and blocked future payments. I want this membership cancelled and refunded.

    I ordered Compound Tirzepatide on 01/01/2025. I took my first 2 doses and realized that I was having an allergic reaction to the medication. I reached out to IVIM and scheduled an appointment with one of their providers. The provider was over 15 minutes late to the video appointment and I had to reach out to the company via text to see if they were going to be coming for my appointment or not.

    Once the provider logged on, she couldn't care less about me. She said that it was in the notes to have me stop the medication immediately, discard of the medication, and they were cancelling my membership. So they knew what they were going to do before my visit? That's very odd. It was like they did not care at all about the reaction and did not even try to put me on a different type of medication. Then I asked about if I was going to be getting charged for this and they said yes that it isn't their fault that I am allergic to it. Well, it's not my fault either.

    I am beyond disappointed about the fact that the provider was extremely late to my appointment, did not even try to pretend like she cared about what I was going through, and then the billing department just told me I was out of luck for the $600. If someone has an allergic reaction, then there should be something they can do for the customer. This company is predatory!!

    Also, when I was disposing of the medication, I realized that they didn't even send me enough of the medication for what I purchased. I purchased their 3-month promotional supply, but they only sent me at most 8 weeks worth of medication and supplies.

    So, I didn't even get what I paid for in that sense either. That makes this experience even more disappointing.

    On 10/20/2024 I purchased a supply of 6 month worth of Trizepatide for $2250 and with this I also had to pay a monthly membership of $74.99 for 6 months. This making a grand total of $2699.94. I received my first order which was a 3 month supply and it worked as advertised and was showing great results.

    On 12/4/2024 I received my refill of Trizepatide, but it was from a different pharmacy and the dosage was different. I took the first two shots on 12/26/2024 and 01/02/2025. Since taking the new order, I have felt none of the sensations that are suppose to happen and did happen with the first 3 months. No hunger suppression, I don't feel like I'm filling up faster and I have started gaining weight. I set up an appointment with an IVIM provider and was told dosage was correct and there was nothing she could do.

    I then sent a message to IVIM about my concerns that this new product is not working. The response I received was next order (6 weeks from now) I can pick what pharmacy I want. This is not a fair response to a product that is ineffectively working, and I had no control over the change of Pharmacy and dosage.

    I would like a refund of the last 3 month $1125 and the monthly membership fee of $74.99, a total of $1199.99 to be refunded to me and no longer have a membership fee. I will gladly ship the vials back to the company.

    I order a 3 month start for a semiglutide injection. I paid 375 for the entire thing. I was sent 2 months worth of medication and only the instruction on 2 months but have to order the 3rd month worth. I had a lot of issues with the injections and I wanted to cancel. I spoke to a provider and told her all the issues I had during that time I took it. She determined it was best I to stop. When they contacted me again that’s when the said I had recieved 3 months worth. I assure it was not it was only enough to go through maybe 6 weeks the most with the regimen the prescribed. I feel scammed, I would never have an issue with it if I had the correct amount. Also, having issues with the medication I simply do not want to torture my body. If I would of never called I would of never found out that they supposedly sent the 3 months worth worth which makes it a problem now. I still paid an extra month to get a hold of a provider to help me.

    I tried to refill my order i paid $974 for a 3 month supply of tricepitide. It's a lot of money but there was $100 off promotional and when I called they said I had to do it on line. The online was confusing and they said I agreed to pay $74 a month for a membership fee? The order was completely wrong and they said to bad the pharmacy sends whatever they want not what I wanted. I don't want there membership or the medication and the need to stop trying to charge my card when I'm not even going to use the wrong medication. I am out a lot of money and this disgusting predatory company needs to be out of business

    In September I went ahead amd did my consult. They sent me my dose and the 1st one did not work, they telehealth visit me stating all you need to do is go up dose that whem I run out they will send more. This happened for a whole month of complaining by telehealth.

    When finally i see them charging me for a fee as a member and then they stated I needed to biy MORE . It did not work on me. I. Familiar to thise medication. This never did any thing to me Ive gained weight instead.

    I need my refund. This is un acceptable. I scared of what I even injected was the actual semiglutide or not.

    Please help me. This is not right. And they continue to charge me. I never saw results. And they no it.

    I called and did telehealth calls with a nurse practitioner all the time. They made it seem as I needed to up dose each time But then i would need to purchase more.

    Un acceptable. Please help me. This is a nightmare. I have all messages saved.

    I have used Ivim since July 2024 and have great success with the program and medication. My last refill was a full strength dose from a pharmacy that I had not used before. I was having minimal effects at best which leads me to believe this batch is not correct or defective in some manor. I contacted Ivim into my second week of this batch and met with a provider and back and forth with customer service via email. I was instructed to contact pharmacy myself, which I did and have never received a call back . My lat email with Ivim on 11/30/24 stated this was being escalated to the pharmacy team and I would be contacted. It’s now 12/6/24 and crickets……. I’ve sent multiple replies to that email and nothing in return. Quit upset that I was even asked to contact pharmacy myself, since I paid Ivim. This has truly impacted my progress and I’m really unhappy with the lack of communication in this matter.
