    I placed my order on 4/14/23 and it is now 5/14/23. We are at 31 days with no answers as to where the product is that I paid for. I have requested twice for the company to issue a refund. I wish I had done research on this company before ordering. This appears to be a regular issue for the Ivory Paper Co.

    We apologize there was a delay with your order. We reviewed the customer service correspondence and show a refund was issued as requested. IPC sent notification of the delay to ensure the customer was aware of the situation. We apologize for the delay and verified the order has been cancelled and refund was issued.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I never received my order, and when I tried to file a chargeback through Paypal, they put that they refunded the money, then sent a message to paypal saying they don't know how to process a refund through paypal, and they just kept my money. I have friends that sell items through paypal. It is not rocket science, it's just a button that you click. Never again.

    I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your ordering experience. I reviewed your order placed on the 23rd. Our current processing times are 7-10 business day, this may fluctuate based on season and demand as shown on our website. Your order is currently on the 9th business day.


    As far as email - I reviewed the correspondence and show your email was answered the same day we received it. I have provided the communication below.

    Today is ten days from my order.  Are you able to give me status of my order? I am concerned due to the large number of complaints and extensive list of dissatisfied customers that I have been in contact with since placing this order.  I hope that you can give me a definitive status that will showcase that they are wrong and that my order is indeed progressing and on track for shipment.

    I ordered a planner early in Jan 2023. Today is the 31st & still waiting on the planner. Been provided with a tracking number but it’s status quo for last 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible way of doing business. Never buy from this business.

    I ordered from this company on December 26th. It is now January 16th, and I have yet to receive the planner I ordered. I am fully aware of the fact that they ship between 7- 10 business days, but I didn’t receive a tracking number until the 12th business day. In looking at the tracking information, my planner has not even left it’s original location. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company, but that’s neither here nor there. I am still waiting for my planner, and I have a feeling that when I receive it I’m just going to send it back and tell him to kick rocks. I’m not even going to ask for a refund, because they are not worth all the effort. This is serving as a reminder to do your research before ordering from a small company. I thought I was helping by ordering from this company, but it has taught me a very harsh lesson. Definitely a buyer beware.

    I was hesitant to order from this company because I had read the reviews here and also on ******** but I really wanted an all in one planner that included weeks, days and months. So I took a chance and ordered a planner and was very pleased. They sent me a tracking order for shipping exactly when they said they would, which was **** business days after receiving my order. Then, not only did I get my order within the time they said it would arrive once shipped, which is 1-3 days, I got it in 2 days, and it was on Labor Day, which I didn't expect at all since that is a holiday. The planner is good quality, with no defects such as missing pages or faded print. This is the fourth planner brand I've tried, and it is my favorite one so far. Hopefully, this experience shows the company has turned around their business practices and that this was not just a fluke. I did order during a "down" season (September), so that *** have helped, too. I plan to order from them again, and hope that I will have the same positive experience.

    I received the incorrect product. I requested a refund of my planner or a replacement planner. Instead I received a 4$ refund for the missing addition to the planner. This did not correct the product. My product is not usable. Had I known ivory paper company could not deliver the product that I ordered, I would not have ordered from them in the first place. I am requesting a refund for my incorrect order.

    I apologize your planner did not include the addition of 40 pages. I reviewed the order and show a refund was issued for the cost involved with the extra pages as soon as it was brought to IPCs attention. Based on the nature of our products being custom made we have a 7 day exchange policy, which is noted on our site. Unfortunately, the order was well beyond this time frame. The order was placed April 9th and we were not notified until July 26th. As soon as we were notified corrective action was taken in the form of a refund for the cost of the additional pages.

    It took like 3 months to get my planner after paying even paying expedited shipping (supposed to be **** day turn around). The most frustrating part is how they would block my comments warning people not to buy from them on their social media "Instagram and ********** Every single one of my comments was deleted and I even got blocked on Instagram. Be transparent and don't delete real comments and concerns! Since I didn't get my planner by January I ended up buying from a different company. I tried to return after i received it around March and they wouldn't allow my return. Im so glad my bank sided with me, its unfortunate how many other customers lost their money.
