- According to The Ivory Paper website on 3.12.21, there are No returns. No cancelations. Exchanges only on damaged items .
Since each Ivory Paper Planner is made to order, our current policy only allows for exchanges on damaged goods only. We do not offer cancelations or changes on orders. Processing times our the best estimate on when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons or sale periods. Delays in processing are not causes for cancelations.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner. - Business Categories
