    Worst customer service doesn’t reply and after a follow up email replied with a generic email mail. Sent a tracking number that the status stated created label USPS waiting on package for over a week and than she stated your package must of gotten lost during deliver. I ended up disputing the charges after the siting 30 days. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

    If I could give a 0 I would. Please do your research on this company before buying. She has been scamming people for years, I dont know how this business is still around. Over a month since my order was placed, and when I began to mention refunds in my emails they started ignoring me. Then emailed me saying my package got lost in shipping when they didnt even ship it in the first place. This girl is horrible.

    I placed order# 34326 on 12/31/20. I contacted the business via their support email in January 2020 to check-in regarding delivery time frames and received an automated response that their responses times are 4 business days and shipping is 9-14 business days as of 1/18/21. When no one responded to me, I emailed them on 2/4/21 to cancel my order. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company on 2/9/21. On 2/11/21, I received an automated email notification from Ivory Paper Co. that my order shipped despite my request to cancel the order before it shipped. I contacted them again via email on 2/13/21 to express my dissatisfaction with this course of action and requested a refund since the company was not adhering to its timelines, nor responding to my communications to cancel the order before it shipped. On 2/16/21, the planner was delivered. I contacted them again to request a refund. During this time, I waited on my credit card company to close the dispute. They told me they were waiting on Ivory Paper Co. to respond before they could close it. On 5/4/21, I contacted Ivory Paper Co, requesting a refund again. My credit card company reapplied the charge to my card because I had the product, even though this company received my request to cancel the order before it shipped due to their poor communication and lack of transparency. I offered to send the planner back to them for a refund, even paying for shipping, and they responded by stating, “Processing times are the best estimate on when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons. Delays in processing are not causes for cancellations as we provide our best estimate. So unfortunately, I will be unable to accommodate your cancellation request at this time.” The Ivory Paper Co. processing times were incorrect and continued to change during the month that my order was pending. Their no refund policy and processing times on their website are a catchall so the business holds no accountability.

    It’s amazing how a company with such an amazing product has such terrible organization and customer service. I’ve purchased THREE planners from them over the last 3-4 years. None were on time, the second one I was told one thing but one support person and then was told that “that was never said” by the OWNER until I showed screenshots. Honestly, I will never make another purchase from them. Three chances to get it together is generous.

    I ordered a planner on August 31st, they sent an email ensuring me my planner was expected to ship the 20th of September WELL past 7-10 business days… as of the 25th I still have NO tracking number so I asked for a cancellation such bad business practices. DO NOT ORDER YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM

    I PURCHASED A WEEKLY, MONTHLY PLANNER OF THEIR'S AT TARGET. STILL USING IT. MOST PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY, DESIGN, FEATURES. NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME. I KNOW THAT THERE IS A GREAT DEAL OF JEALOUSY DIRECTED AT THIS COMPANY. THE MINUTE THEY PLACED A PHOTOGRAPH OF THEIR LOVELY FAMILY IN THEIR PRODUCT, OUT CAME THE COMPLAINTS.

    I purchased a planner and a lot of sticks on August 4th before reading about the company’s issues with shipping. Well it’s august 20th and I never received a tracking number or notification about my order. 10 business day already passed. Is so disappointed and they shouldn’t be allow to have a business that does this to their customers. It’s frustrating now I need to wait to see if they ever refund my money $110.45.

    Placed my order in November 2022. Today is August 2023 and I have never received my planner. When requested a refund they denied it. Will be reporting this.

    This is a hard review to write, as I love their planners and their quality. This is my second planner from them, and when I originally ordered back in 2020, I received my planner within 3 business days. This time around however, I originally placed my order on April 26th, and did not receive my order until June 2nd. They had originally said that it would take 7-10 business days to receive, but I ended up waiting more than a month for my planner. I had originally ordered it with the intention that the dates in the planner would start in Mid-May, but once I received it, 2 weeks worth of pages in my planner were useless. I was in contact with a customer service representative, who while polite and seemed to be trying to be helpful, there seemed to be a disconnect between them and the shipping department. I was given 2 different tracking numbers, the first one expired because they didn't end up sending the planner, and then I had to reach back out and wait to get yet another tracking number. I had spent over $130 on this planner and a wellness journal, which while I am going to use them, I can't see myself buying from this company again, unless they make a turnaround with their shipping issues, which makes me sad because I really do enjoy their products. I wish I had read about the current state of the company here before buying, so in case you are thinking of buying from this company, I would ask you to reconsider. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is due to the quality of the product and the customer service representative.

    I have ordered my second planner through them. I will say when you get the product it’s wonderful! It’s the getting it that is challenging. Currently they say their shipping is 7-10 business days out but I don’t think that’s accurate. For me I always get the product shipped after 10 days (sometimes way after that) If they would give a better expected time of arrival I think people would happier. There is nothing worse than when things take longer than expected.
