1 starIf I could give ********************************* Surfaces of ********* **** their 3rd party fabricator / installer zero stars I would. I ordered 2 countertops & a bathroom vanity on July 17, 2024 the final installation was completed April 11, 2025 - 8 1/2 months later. Not one part of this project went smoothly or timely. Once measurements were done I was contacted to approve change orders (i.e. changes that would increase the price of the job). None of these were necessary in my opinion & finally Lowes did not charge me any more.Installation was a mess, once it was finally scheduled I was contacted & told they wanted to move it up a week. I could not accommodate this request. On the date they wanted to move the job up to they called me to tell me they could not do the job on the original date & still scheduled date as they didn't have the material. A month later the installation was done. They chipped one of the pieces on one of the countertops & the next day the other countertop shifted so the seam was uneven. The bathroom vanity backsplash looked like amateurs had done the work. They came & fixed the countertop that shifted & took out the other one & were to recut one of the pieces. When they finally came back to re-install this top it was not cut correctly as the installers could not get it to fit correctly & they took both pieces back with them. They did bring pieces to redo the ************** kept these. During this visit they also damaged my cabinets.They finally came back again 8 1/2 months after the start of the project & re-installed the top & also fixed the backsplash - but the installers had not even been told about that part of the ******* I'm trying to get a partial refund for all of the ******************************* is not responding. In fact when I called the week after the installation the national *** told me the job wasn't even marked as installed.This same fabricator apparently works for ********** also from what I've been told.Review fromGunsu T

1 starThey charged me for $275 installation of a microwave which took them 2 months to get, then while installing they hassled and got me to pay another $165 in addition because install was "so hard" in their opinion. Not an honest, ethical, honorable establishment-I would avoid at all cost.Review fromSusan P

1 starPurchased a range. The day after delivery the ** was connected. Waited 3 more weeks for the refrigerator to be delivered. Was out of town 2 of those 3 weeks. When I could finally try cooking on it, I learned the burners had high/medium but no low/simmer. The small oven works fine. The griddle cooks cool and doesnt always shut off when turned off. The large oven cooks 45 degrees cooler than set and requires the convection fan to be on to heat up part of the difference, I called for warranty service and was told that was how it was designed and to set the oven higher. Called Lowes to return it and they said the 48 hour return window was past, so Im stuck with half a range.Review fromGisela S

1 starTerrible service. I contracted a window installation with them in January 2025 and they assigned it to *************************. It's mid-April and I still haven't gotten them to finish the job. They've been delaying the stucco installation for over a month. They haven't shown up on scheduled appointments, and to date, I haven't been able to get anyone to give me a concrete or face-to-face answer. It's been a nightmare.Review fromFrank R

1 starBought a washer that has a major issue within the first 25 days and when I went to Lowe's and spoke with a manager she said "sorry not our problem after 48 hrs". The worst customer service ever. We room NEVER use ******************** again.Review fromWilliam P

1 starI worked at Lowes for two years almost three @ *******************************************, this last year was the worst year of all, Lowes management does not care about their employees mental health, instead of coming up to me and asking me what was wrong they sat me in the office and said that I was "lacking". as I was the only other fulfillment associate plus one other that was actually working their butts off, and struggling mentally and they did not help what so ever. instead of the managers doing their jobs they would sit in the offices or stand around just talking about non job related stuff. it took 15 minutes plus for management to get off their butts when they were called to assist with customers.I was a very respectful employee but they expected to throw me on delivery without giving me the proper training and then me telling them no they got mad. as an employee I have a right to say no if I do not feel comfortable doing something I wasn't trained properly on, but want me to come to them about not being trained, like im sorry but if you paid attention more to what your employees are not trained on instead of sitting in the office watching the cameras and spying on your employees you would know what we were trained or not trained on. ************************************************** has a joke of a management team and they need to do better for their employees and customers.Review fromTeresa J

1 starWhile working at Lowes, I was told by my ASM that I had to be able to handle a certain amount of sexual harassment. I have PTSD from lets just say trauma in the past. So to hear my manager, say that I had to accept sexual harassment, blew my mind. So I accepted the sexual harassment to work there for the six months that I did work there but then while working there, my manager told me that I could apply for the Store credit card with my email.. which I did and I didnt get approved so I waited and I tried it again and I didnt get approved and because I did this a couple times they fired me. So I was fired for doing something management told me to do. Why was I fired you ask? Well thats because management got caught got in trouble and they needed an escape goat so they use me so putting up with the sexual harassment was all for nothing. Do not get a job at Lowes. They will use you in every way possible mentally physically and sexual harassment. I worked at the Lowes here in *********, ****** on ********************************************* supervisors were allowed to bully and harassed their crew and then laugh about it openly. The new operational manager, ******* was openly having an affair with ASM ******.. meanwhile the associates are begging for their help. Management is nowhere to be found. They also had me work one hour off the clock one time because I clocked out an hour early and instead of clocking back in to finish my shift as I should, ASM ******** told me no continue working and then clock out again so if I were to have become injured Off the clock, that wouldve been really bad. Another reason they are letting me go actually is because I got injured picking up a set of cabinets and theyre trying to cover it up so they can have a good safety record.Review fromJeannette B.

2 starsI am a long time customer who has a large open credit line. I was blocked from using my full limit while in the store. I had to use another card to pay for my home project materials and lost my discount. I was instructed to call the fraud department. I did and the computer verified they blocked my card although I had a large balance on my card. I wasn't allowed to talk to a person. You can't file a complaint online. I called customer service and the representative didn't identify herself, refused to take the complaint, and then ended my call so I couldn't leave a review. I will be shopping elsewhere if I can't use my credit line. Horrible service from the home office and credit service.
