      Bass Pro online and online ordering is the worst. Only ordered twice and both where absolutely wrong. 1st order was for a Garmin 943xsv Chartplotter for my new boat and 1200' spool of Nomad Design 80lb braid. Delivery was to be expected a week before an offshore trip. They cancelled the order due to some fraud alert and never alerted me. After a grueling call of why no notification/notice I got an weak apology. I get gack from the offshore trip(rented a boat), stop by Bass pro in Macon GA. Asked if they could order the ***** ****** Braided line and ship it to my home. Short answer, no they couldnt and if i order and ship to the store, it should only take 5-7 business days. Now, I found out, it will not arrive in the store for 7-10 more days,(they dont know because as big as Baas Pro shops are, they cant track orders) and this weekends trip will not have braid for my 4 new reels. Found the braid on Amazon. And they will have it to my house in 2 days. Worse note, a cancelation cannot be issued on the braid until the store has recieved it. SMH. I got my Garmin 943xsv from ****** as well in 3 days. I will never order from basspro again. And seeing the amount of awfull reviews in the internet about Baas pro online, they are the worst.

      Ordered a Tracker boat March 10 2022. I know there are supply problems out there. Boat came in May 5 2022 cannot pick it up until late May or early June. This is how long it takes for Bass Pro to ****************. I have no upgrades just there stock Tracker. Service ***** is half of the reason I got a Tracker. Not sure about that anymore. Hope I don't have any problems with boat I'll be waiting another couple of months.

      If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
      I went into the store and since they didn't have the boots I want, the sales person offered to order it on-line for me. When I got my order, it was the correct label on shoe box (****************, women 7M, Magnet/Atlantic Blue); what I got in the box was a size 10 in *****/Boysenberry. To ensure I get my refund as soon as possible since I would need to order it again; I drove back to the store to return it. The customer service rep ensure me that it shouldn't have happened and try ordering it again. Since I needed it for my hike, I placed the order again. Got my boots on May 4th, open it and the exact same problem happened again. This time I got a size 5.5 in the *****/Boysenberry. Well, shame on me for trusting Cabela to get it right; I should've known that if it happens once and such carelessness was put into my order, then why would it be different the second time. I did contact customer service after the first incident, the email was apologetic and the rep said that she will send me a coupon to help me with my second order, well, that was never received either. Yes, I checked all mailbox folder including spam. So now, I have to waste more time driving to Cabela and return my boots so I can get my refund asap instead of waiting for my refund and use the return label. And I am still buying my boots, because I need it; which means I have to again spend another $170+tax out of my account and hoping my bank process the refund as soon as I make the return. But I will DEFINITELY NOT be buying it from Cabela. Two times with the same problem, obviously someone doesn't care enough to check. So, No... I will not be recommending Cabela to anyone, as a matter of fact, I will be telling them to go elsewhere. Especially for purchases made on-line. For a company as big as Cabela/Bass Pro Shop... do better.
