      I went to store location Target ************************************************************ I had a item that rang up completely wrong. The cashier advised me that she didnt have anyone to check the price so she would check with the manager ****** at guest services. ****** walked over to the register and flat out told me that she was not going to check the price. The store was not busy I went around 6 pm EST. The cashier also advised to her that she should have a handheld where she can check the *********************** declined. Her attitude was dismissive as well as rude. Due to her not checking the price my product that I paid for was over charged.

      Son wanted an xbox on May 5th. I was planning on purchasing a series s until searching target website and seeing that there was a series X with a 24 month game pass for ******. store said they had 3 available. I went into the store and did not see them displayed. I asked the clerk and he said they had some but didn't think he could sell it to me so he asked his manager and said they could. I asked if it came with the game pass for 24 months and he said yes because it was a special promotion they were running. He said the pass was in the box. Got home there was no pass. I drove back to the store, store manager called tech support and stated it was in the system and they gave me directions how to unlock it. drove home. still didn't unlock. Called tech support and they couldn't figure it out. They transferred me to corporate who said they would call the store and go back there to resolve the issue. I drove back and issue still was not resolved. They said they shouldn't have sold it to me because it was supposed to be online only. That is not maybe they need better training. So now I'm out a 360 dollar card. I have pictures of there website offering it, employee told me I get it and the store manager told me as well but then they cannot do anything? false advertising.

      Upon receipt of your contact, we have contacted our guest and provided the guest with the Xbox Bundle purchase information. Upon reviewing the guest's receipt, the guest did not qualify for the 24 months of All Access. As stated on our website, the 24 months of All access is included when ********** is purchased through Citizens Pay. We have determined the guest purchased only the console for $499.99 using a Target RedCard. We have shared the guest's experience and feedback with our stores leadership teams for further review, and have offered assistance on return options which has been declined by the guest. At this time, we consider this complaint resolved with no further resolutions.

      I place a order for a min min ambiio item on 29th of April for $21.73 and billed to my **** card ending in **** was told by target that I would have to wait until the item is in transit and I dont have this item in my possession I just want my order to be canceled and refunded back to my **** card target has the power to call *** and reverse the package Order number *************
