10-25-2024 I was in a car accident with a motorcyclist and I was out of a vehicle for 6 months so far and in pain and I called and they have offered no help. They first told me that the other party was going to take ownership and now the insurance is going back on their word. I need my vehicle fixed and they should fight harder for common people and not just look for dollar signs. I will take this to a higher party if need be.Business Response

My name is ***** Three years ago Jun 2022, I was at the mall with my 2-year-old son. While placing him into a toddler ride, I suffered an electric shock from an exposed outlet with wires sticking out. I was shocked in my leg and hand, and suffered ******** the days that followed, I began experiencing severe pain, tingling, and eventually numbness in both my hand and foot. As a professional chef, this injury has made it impossible for me to work and support my family.I sought legal help from Morgan & Morgan and have been going through therapy, hospital treatments, and psychological care. After three years of waiting, the defendant has offered just $25,000 to settle my case ridiculous offer and the like force me to accept the offer.. because thae say if not they have to pay 15k for a specialist and they not sure i can get more than that which I consider deeply unfair and insulting given the damage done to my life and ********* looking for a more aggressive lawyer who truly understands the seriousness of this situation and is willing to fight for fair compensation. In November 2924, ****** Podgoski represented me for a Personal Injury claim in which $100 Closing Fee was taken out of my settlement and was supposed to be returned to me after 6 months. It has been 6 months to date, and despite several attempts to get my $100 issued to me, including sending several messages to the assigned attorney, my emails have gone unanswered. I hired Morgan and Morgan over 2 years ago to help with my Social Security Disability claim. After I was denied they were supposed to take over the case, but I was never contacted by a lawyer. I filed the appeal myself and my claim has been sitting in review by the ***************************** in ************** ** since May 20 2023. I was forced to try and go back to work but I havent been able to hold a job for very long because I cant perform the tasks. The companies have given other reasons why but Im considered a liability. I have recently been hospitalized twice from another infection and a blood clot from me not being able to get medicine for my diabetes. I have reached out to Morgan and Morgan to find out what was going on, but they have given me the run around. One of their representatives just got an attitude with my sister on the phone saying it was normal for a person to do everything their self. Thats definitely not true ****Business Response

I wrecked my car in December and called Morgan and Morgan. They set me up with a Doctor and Therapy said they would help me. In March they called and said they could not take case and I am left with paying Doctor and therapy bills. I would not have gone to these doctors if they were not encouraging me. An auto accident on 8 Aug 2025 totaled out our new vehicle (less than 4 months old) with multiple injuries to both my wife and I. Witnessed by a Trooper we were not at fault.Morgan and Morgan received our call on 9 AUG 2025. X-rays at the ** showed no broken bones. We started with chiropractic care, both wife and I. Not much has changed since the accident except bruises have disappeared. My hip pain and lower back pain are still on going as are my wifes.I have continued care through the VA hospital as well as chiropractic care. 1. Of course we lost all equity in our vehicle approx $3000.00 plus. 2. We have been contacted about 4 times by Morgan and Morgan and advised to continue our care. 3. On May 3 2024 I was in a car accident. I got with Morgan and morgan to settle my case against the other driver. In August I received a email telling me it was settle. They had to pay my insurance company back on what they paid out. I was sent a partial check of *******. Give or take. I made contact again with them in regards to the rest of my money. First let me start by saying that I tried to attach a file with this I recorded on my phone it has the same time and date I sent of this here message I sent it to this office wed,7:17 pm but it say the file was to large but this massage that I to also disappeared out of my sent email as well. ( I'm looking to file a complaint against morgan& Morgan law firm for not properly giving me a free consultation the representative first rushed me off of the phone then hung up on me after I asked if she could make to keep the records of my claim for further reference being as though they they told me that they handle identity theft cases claims then she told me that they can't handle my case I told her that in my situation I probably have every possible category of identity theft in my situation then I ask her if she thinks that if I can get the identity theft that Morgan& Morgan ever represented inwhich my case falls under those same cases that they represent to take that time and gather up all that information and call them back I'm being treated as I'm playing them in spades and I have to guess the right card that was "RENIGED" and this interaction was unprofessional I think that I was specially assigned this person that I spoke with at Morgan law and it is leaning towards personal level instead of business and maybe we can find out who this representative was later if it a legal matter I can get this information through legal questionnaire because it would be strange that I'm seeking legal help of this and it's being interfered with I would like for this same message to go public I myself would like to go private as much as I can with my identity and if possible can you keep this for future reference as well I do still have this same email that I recorded two days ago if you provide me with a place to send it to you I would in this situation I am being discriminated on by this big famous law firm I also had to make sure that I'm reporting this missing email to my aura.Business Response
