So far, paying close to $300 a month for street parking in a garage. They rent out space to some taxi company that has about out 7 men (none who are from the building) who stare at you as you go to your vehicle and then stare at the vehicle as it leaves at around 7AM. When I asked the person on duty(who made eye contact with me through the glass door but didn’t even want to get up to unlock the door, until I knocked) about the men and why are they staring he told me about the taxi company and literally told me the ProPark employees are not security. So what are they there for? He said to monitor but isn’t that what cameras are for? Doesn’t that make him obsolete? The next day on the roof, paying all that money not to have assigned parking, there was snow. When I asked about them removing the snow, I was told they removed it the night before. I told them it snowed throughout the night and the roof was covered. He told me they couldn’t do it at night bc they couldn’t see but if they can’t see how are people parking their cars at night? It seems that either Bozzuto or ProPark just want your money and once your in they could care less. Thoroughly unhappy with the service and attitude of these companies and can’t wait until the contract is over to move.

Made a reservation on 10/11/24 for 11/28/24. Got an email with my reservation and barcode. Arrived on 11/28 and they said that their lot was full, and they couldn't honor my prepaid reservation. In addition to the extra stress, I had to pay holiday rates across the street at *********. Still yet to even receive a refund.

******** Monumental Holiday Failure: A Loyal Customer Betrayed This was an unbelievable and inexcusable failure on Canopy’s part, the likes of which I have never encountered in nearly a decade of parking with them. We had a reservation—booked well in advance, knowing full well how chaotic the holiday weekend would be—only to arrive and be turned away at the gate! The staff was out there rejecting everyone, even those with confirmed reservations, claiming they had “no room.” How is that even possible? What’s the point of a reservation system if it’s utterly worthless, especially on the busiest travel day of the year? This wasn’t just a mistake; it was a monumental failure that left countless travelers stranded and scrambling for alternatives. It’s nothing short of incompetence, and it’s beyond infuriating. As a frequent parker—there practically every week—I trusted this company to deliver, and they couldn’t even meet the most basic expectation: honoring reservations they confirmed. Whatever system they’re using, it’s broken, pathetic, and completely unfit for a company in this business. After this disaster, I’ll absolutely be reconsidering my options, and so should you. ****** has lost my trust, and frankly, they don’t deserve yours either.

Bunch of crooks! Oversold their lot and didn't bother to proactively tell anyone. So my parents would have arrived there just to be turned away, in spite of a prepaid reservation. When asked if they were going to refund their money automatically, the assistant manager said, "no." It was at this point I asked for the refund and they made it happen. I asked the same manager of others would automatically get their refund and again she said, "no." They claimed a system error was at fault and they oversold. I don't know about that. Talk about unethical! Don't park with these crooks... Our family certainly won't.

They didn’t recognize my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks in advance. I will never use them again.

They refuse to correct the scratches in my brand new car as a result of all the birds in the valet garage. Management leaves at 1pm everyday and I have never received a call back from management. When I asked for a number to contact the corporate office I was told “good luck, they don’t even return our calls.

If I was able to give this business negative stars I would. They are unprofessional and unable to get their website to work. Theyre constantly hounding you for money asking you to pay but the website they require you to pay on, does not ever work properly. Management has always been rude, unhelpful and distasteful. They will do anything to try and charge you for parking even if there was no reason for them too.

If there was such a rating as zero I would definitely give it. I used one of their parking facilities, *** Hotel parking at *** airport June 22 2024 my car was dropped off with no damage. Upon picking my car up June 24 2024 my car was damaged and looked like someone tried to repair it like we would not know it was damaged. They are very misleading and they need to let customers know their cars are being taken to 2 other parking spots and will not be left on the hotel parking lot. We have not heard anything from them since we filed our claim and police report. Very unprofessional and very irresponsible company

If I could give no stars, I would. On December 6, 2023 I had an appointment at ****** ******* ******* ** ********** *** Due to continuing construction, there were no available parking spaces, and I was forced to use valet parking in the garage. The attendant lost my key. I was told that a locksmith would come to my house in a day or two to replace it. Once they found out I had a back up key on me, I started to encounter delay after delay and lie after lie about what was happening with processing the claim. We're now a month out. I was told on December 29, 2024 that my claim was approved, and I needed to submit an estimate from the ****** dealer to replace the electronic key. I did this, and requested reimbursement for my time and mileage to take care of the matter myself. I was told today, after I had to yet again follow up to no response to my December 29, 2024 email and estimate that I would not be reimbursed for my time and mileage, only for the replacement cost of the electronic key and reprogramming my other key and car. Toyota estimates that it will take three to four hours to do this. That is three to four hours out of my work day for their incompetency and error, losing my property. I have reported this to the ***** ** ********** Attorney General's Office and am at the point where I will probably have to take this to small claims court to be fairly compensated. In the meantime, this whole month I have been worried about my vehicle being stolen because there is a key floating around out there somewhere, and the ProPark employees requested a photograph of the back of my vehicle (license plate) from which they could get identifying information. I don't know if ****** ******* has options when choosing contractors to provide valet service, but I would hope that, from reading the reviews about this company on the BBB site, they would choose a company with more integrity and professionalism.

This company is poorly run and their fees are ridiculous. In 8 months they raised our parking fees by 50%.
