      The facility is clean but it's difficult to get access into the building and then to get to your floor within the facility. The biggest problem is that they increase the rent $50 every six months at least. I started at $162 a year ago and it is now $264. Nothing worth this type of increase repeatedly.

      Please do not do business with Public Storage due to their horrible business practices of applying enormous late fees and lien fees on your account. They increase monthly storage payments when they have their $1.00 new customer move ins and then charge current customers an increase to make up the difference. The facility is mice infested and can cause the renter air borne hanta virus illnesses due to mice droppings, urine and chewing saliva on your items. The facility temperature is below 0 during fall and winter months with no moving carts to move your storage items in or out. Management will discuss your personal account with an outside moving source. They are working a scam to obtain your belongings once they put them in Auction mode. This company is a financial scammer. Beware!!!

      Don't fall for their online specials. I rented a unit for $140.00 a month. After three payments they raised the rent to $210 a month. They said " that is what similar units go for." I went to there website and they were still advertising the same size unit for $149.00. This leads me to believe this is a classic "bait and switch" scheme. Buyer beware.

      I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I have had so many issues out of the public storage container service and while company. They double charged me for my December rent (I moved out early in December). After talking to an agent through the chat who told me they could not refund one of the charges cause I used a card and I needed to call my bank. So I called my bank and they canceled one of the charges. Well a few weeks later I then get a letter from public storage that I have a balance even though I paid them. Talked to them on chat and they said they refunded me when I asked even though they told me they could not. After going rounds with them. They said I should receive a refund via mail in about 6 weeks. I said thats fine, Id pay the balance once I receive a refund. 3 months pass and I receive a letter from a debt collector saying I owe $138. So I message them on chat and they said they sent out a refund that I never got and then a few minutes later so the refund had been canceled. But that I still had a balance. But they cant tell me why I have a balance when I paid them. This company is awful and their customer service is awful.

      Was told second month was free. Teller messed up account and had to transfer from wrong unit they entered to the correct unit; which in turn voided the second month free promo which was never mentioned to me. They then setup autopay without my knowledge and tried to charge me for the both units. There customer service was horrible to work with and tried to make it out like it was my fault.

      No problem with the unit I rented or condition of the property.SIGNED UP ONLINE FOR A 10X10 FOR ***** PER MONTH IN DECEMBER 24.On March 31 2025 was informed that the rent in May jumps to *****. No questions allowed.I pay my rent early and keep a neat unit.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING RIPPED OFF. I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL GIVE ME A CONTRACT AND TREAT ME FAIRLY.

      I would warn future customers from renting a unit at the *********** location. Several patrons are leaving this facility for other storage facilities that do not play games on their patrons. It has been less than a year and there have been two outrageous upcharges of $100 each. The monthly cost has nearly DOUBLED from the price ******************************************************************************************** compensation. This is not the way to do business nor build a positive relationship with the community. It's time for Public Storage to get on board.

      DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!! My storage unit was burglarized and there has been NO communication from management, no phone call, no apology, no explanation on how facility that is supposed to be secure could have MULTIPLE units burglarized. I went to check my unit with a worker and she took pictures that were supposed to be uploaded to my account, only to be told by ******* the next day "We don't take pictures" as if I imagined the encounter(Thank God I have audio recording of my encounter). Mind you, I was told the district manager ***** was supposed to be reviewing security footage and would give me a call (That has not happened). If the security of your belongings matter THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO USE!

      Im paying ****** a month for the same size unit that says its ***** dollars a month on-line. It says nothing about being a promotional deal for a 5x10 unit. Whats wrong with this picture?
