This company engages in the despicable practice of manufacturing products only they can repair. Be wary of engaging with Support - they will repeat corporate lines until they're blue in the face and then hang up on you in the middle of discussing the issue. Very disappointed, Apple.

I was recently hacked through my apple credit card. These people called from Goldman Sachs " Apples lender "number and were able to remove my trusted device from my account giving them ownership of my email. I have very sensitive content on this email and after calling over 6 times for hours, apple is claiming they can do absolutely nothing. These people have now called me threatening me saying they know where I am and they will pull up unless I cash app them. I have this under recording. I have received 0 help from neither Apple or Goldman Sachs, They keep saying to call the other and try to figure it out. My account is still closed while under investigation and was told they will email me. Yet I no longer own that email and they were un able to even remove the email from my file since its through apple. This is extremely frustrating especially when you are threatened with your life as well as your family's. I will be filing a police report. As well as take this further. I no longer feel safe in my own home since these people were able to scream out my address as well as threaten me.

Apple contacted the customer via telephone and email on June 16, 2022 and June 17, 2022, however, we have not received a response. Unless we hear otherwise, we must assume the issues described in the customer's submission have been satisfactorily resolved.

Should the customer need further assistance, they may follow up with Apple at the telephone number provided in the email and voicemail, or respond to the most recent email.

I recently had an issue (Friday of Memorial Day weekend) with my phone not accepting my password *** it kept locking me out longer and longer. I decided to wipe the phone and restore it back using iCloud backup. In order to do this, I needed to enter my apple password ***** it of course it does not recognize either. Fair enough, I reached out to Apple support and was told that I would need to wait two weeks for them to reset it. This was confirmed by a visit to the Apple support store in Braintree MA. Their reason for this is based on security protocols. I use this phone supplied to me by my employer for work. I need it every day to communicate with customers, internal staff and for use as third party verification to access my customer systems. A two week wait will prevent me from working. What type of monopoly has the right to create security protocols without any options or intervention available? Both of the customer service people in the store and on the phone told me this is how Apple operates and will not change and does not care about any inconvenience or impact to its customers. Not only do I think the BBB needs to intervene in such callous behavior but I would gladly participate in a class action to sue them for such bad service.

I had an allergic reaction to Apple's Airpod Pros that resulted in a staph infection that was so severe it traveled from my ears to my nose and would've kept traveling if I wasn't able to get an emergency ENT appointment. Apparently allergic reactions to Airpod Pros are common enough to have several medical papers and alerts written about them. But Apple won't do anything about it (likely until they're sued and are forced to), they won't tell consumers that they can develop allergic reactions, they aren't looking into why it's happening (I've never had an allergic reaction to any headphone, ever), and when dozens of people a week call about this issue they just brush them off. Had I known this was even a thing, I never would've wasted $250 on them. I spent an hour on the phone giving Apple extensive medical information, photos of my medications, and then waited for 8 days for Apple's conclusion. Apple decided they weren't at fault and sent me a condescending article about how to clean my headphones (already went over that I do that while on the phone). They won't replace my headphones, won't give me a refund, won't cover my medical bills. Consumers deserve to know that they can develop expensive and dangerous allergic reactions to Airpod Pros. Apple is doing nothing to research it or fix it. I'm absolutely disgusted by this behavior and will never buy headphones from Apple again.

I have an apple iPhone that doesnt work properly and apple won't fix or replace it. I have dealt with apple support numerous times and have taken the iPhone to two of their service centers and it still isn't working properly. Several months ago the cellphone started slowing down, would not load properly, would not ring when an incoming call was coming in and just wasn't working right. Apple support had me reset it, update it (several times) and finally take it to the nearest service center (in Okotoks), an hours drive away. They said there's nothing wrong with the phone and gave it back. When I got home the phone was working as before and got worse. If I opened emails or an icon it would just be white. I called apple support and the lady checked the phone remotely and was also having problems. She told me to take the phone to an apple support center so it could be mailed to their repair shop in Ontario. I took the phone to London Drugs in Lethbridge, gave them the case number and asked them to mail the phone to apple. This service center is an hours drive from my home. When I dropped the phone off at London Drugs they then needed a password ** turn off the Find my phone app so I had to drive back the next day. I also gave them a second case number for apple, telling them to ship
the phone back to apple. The phone sat there another 3 days then London Drugs called me to pick it up. They said apple hadn't authorized the phone to be shipped to Ontario and they couldn't do anything. I picked up the phone, not fixed and found London Drugs had changed all my passwords *** I was locked out of my phone. I called apple support again and they sent me a box to mail this phone to their repair shop. I got the box and mailed the phone in and yesterday got a message from their shop saying they were sending it back because it works fine. I called apple support and they said the phone turns on okay so it's fine. It's not and I want a new phone!

Their macs don't work. Constant problems! Many hours with their customer support without the situation being resolved. They sell good because of hype, but their machines don't work!
