  I paid to have my transcripts sent to the ****** state board of nursing, this way I could prove my certification and work in ******. I attended a vocational school while I was in high school. I am very displeased with the communication of this company. I paid to have my transcripts sent and nothing has been done. there is no chat icon to communicate as stated and no response to my e mails...when tried to call just a recording, so I am waiting for a response here otherwise more time will be wasted you could at least keep in touch!!!

  We actually do have a chat button. There must have been an issue with your web browser and I'm sure clearing your cache and cookies would have resolved the issue. You were able to reach us via our support email and we responded providing an update. Many schools are closed all or part of the Summer for Summer ****** Once your school reopened, we were able to assist you.

  I requested my transcripts on July 18 but completely forgot about it because I wasn't in a rush. I then realized new August that I never received an update. I decided to follow ** as I was in need of the transcript before Aug 15, I was able to chat with someone through the web page and I was told it would get expedited. I again forgot and received no update but today, AUGUST 15 I followed ** in the morning and was given the update that my transcripts were already sent. I'm not sure how the follow up system works on their end BUT I can say anytime I would reach out they were quick to take action. I would say give them a shot and just set calendar reminders for yourself especially if you need it in a specific time span. Over all they did what I needed them to and delivered on the day I needed it.

  We apologize for the delay but there are always delays over summer break because many schools close at some point or are only working certain hours. Unfortunately, they rarely share this information with us and we do not have access to the records for your school as they process their own orders. Most schools return early to mid August. Your records were sent by your school on ***** once they returned and were opened by the recipient on *****.

  I think it's Scam and their online chat service is very unprofessional, with poor grammar. These people charge ***** for something as simple as making a call to the school for a transcript. I was able to call my high school directly and get my unofficial transcript the SAME DAY, FOR FREE, AND THEY SENT IT TO MY EMAIL. When you ****** "how to get my transcripts", these people show up at the top of the list because it's being promoted through ****** Ads. So, it's easy to get fooled into thinking that you may have to go through these people to get your transcripts. I knew it was 'scamish' immediately after they said they would still charge me a **** fee even if i canceled. How could they charge someone a fee for something that they didnt even do? I also realized my assumption was correct, after reading all these horrible reviews about people not ever even receiving their transcripts. Then, they aren't even bbb accredited...

  We are not a scam but we do not have access to school's records. Schools use our platform to receive orders for records and they fill them. Over the summer, many schools close or working special hours and unfortunately, they do not share this information with us. Any delays that are experienced is because of the high school and not NeedMyTranscript. We apologize on behalf of your school for any delays.

  Man I ordered a transcript from them and they sent me an email saying it had been sent 8 hours before they even sent the email. Meaning, the email was sent on the 2nd at 5:06 pm. But, the conversation about the transcript didn't happen til the 3:18 am on the 3rd. And the Transcript was ordered on July 11, 2023. But to my knowledge the college hasn't received the transcript.

  Your high school advised that your records we mailed to the college. It is the requestor's responsibility to follow up with the recipient to confirm receipt. Based on the fact that you said, "But to my knowledge the college hasn't received the transcript" tells me you haven't even checked with the college to see if they have received them yet. Be advised, you will need to allow 5-7 business days for delivery and if your record is being sent to an institution (eg. College or employer), they may require additional processing time to receive and process your record(s). We unfortunately do not have any control over if and when the **** will deliver the mail. It's if it's not received in a timely manner, we are happy to ask your high school to mail your records again or feel free to contact your high school directly as they are the ones that processed your order.

  Was going to use this service to request high school transcripts. But after reading the reviews, I decided no. NeedMyTranscript, instead of offering up apologies and excuses, why don't you look into solving the issues your customers are having.

  We apologize for the delay. I see that you placed your order on 07-13-2023, which was 20 days ago. Your order confirmation email states, "Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing". The company that stores your school districts records is backed up. We unfortunately have not control over how quickly they are able to locate your records. This is also a very busy time of year for all schools. NeedMyTranscript, along with the company that stores your records are working very diligently to process your order. We appreciate your patience. We are happy to contact ***************************** on your behalf to explain the delay.

  This company had all the wrong info on the submission form when i know it was submited correctley. I was put into contact with somone after a week to "fix the issue" I sent a detailed email with all my info corrected and was still asked individually for the info again through a dozen more emails and several more days. I was promised finally after a week that i was located and that the transcript would be send out on the 7th. It is now the 18th and the school has not recieved anything from this company. I have had to forfit the classes that i needed because of this trasaction. I am vrey disapointed in this company and I would like for my money to be refunded.

  I'm very so your did not have a good experience. Orders cannot be changed once they are placed so the information you provide is the information we get. We do not have control over how long a high school can take to send out records. During summer break, many schools are either closed the entire summer, part of the summer or are only open certain days and hours.Information about our services and regarding delays is listed in our Terms of Service.

  Call your institution first. This business may be semi-legit but for all intents and purposes it might as well be a scam. Within 6 weeks of ordering on here I hadn't heard anything. I finally called my district and they were able to get a transcript to me in 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I just contacted needmytrasncript again and they have opened a case number and will now take another week to get back to me...we shall see....

  Because you didn't provide the same name and email address you used when placing your order when you submitted your complaint, I cannot comment directly regarding your order. However, our terms of service clearly state we provide the service of providing your request for records to your school. We are not responsible for the time frame that your school decides to process your order. We offer a convenience. Most schools process orders in a timely manner. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  DO NOT WHAT SO EVER ORDER TRANSCRIPTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I tried to order my transcripts for *************************** not what they are saying I ordered for. They will keep your money. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

  I ran into a few roadblocks while working with NeedMyTranscript, but after 12 days and going through customer support, they finally fulfilled my request in a timely and appropriate manner. However, I highly advise that you go directly to your accredited high school first before using any third parties to deal with such a matter. That being said, I can understand how hard it must be for them to get into contact with the school and verify the student's involvement with them and so forth.

  May - June are always busy times of the year for schools because they are busy with final exams and graduations. Unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly your high school sends out your records. Our Terms of Service clearly states, "We are responsible for submitting your signed request and applicable documents fees to the correct transcript processing location (high school or district). We are not responsible for any delays in fulfilling your order once the high school or district has received your signed request and payment from **. Typically, a high school or district will fulfill transcript requests within **** business days of receipt.
