      I purchased a high school transcript on February,25th ***** and I have not received it. I would like a refund.

      I'm very sorry to hear that you did not receive your records from your high school.  I do not see that you ever reached out to us for assistance. We have provided you with a full refund.

      I paid for transcript help. Received transcript help from my school directly based on my previous phone calls and voicemails. Requested my refund prior them engaging in the service I asked within 2 hours of making the order. And they replied a day later stating its too late.
