Poor excuse of a service. ******. Their terms state that it will take 20 business days to fulfill the request, and if the request isnt fully completed, they still will pocket your money dispute the transcripts never reaching the intended destination. They will give you every excuse to not give you a refund even after not completing the paid service. After stating and showing proof that they werent received, their response will be we can no longer refund the charges. The payment that we sent to the district office has been cashed at this point. Its not about the stolen money, its about the fact that you are risking failing to meet the deadline of submitting the required documents. Go to your school, and speak with the guidance counselor who will fulfill the request for free. 1 star is too generous for disgraceful business practices.NeedMyTranscript

I ordered a transcript that never arrived to the school I requested. There is no way to contact this company other than email. I sent several emails and was given the same bot response saying that it was sent by email and to check the email. Still cannot get ahold of anyone to resend the email, or to give my money back. Hello *****, Your high school sent your records to ******************************* per your request on 02-24-2025. The recipient has not opened them. We are not sure why. We recommend reaching out to the college. We are unable to send them again. If you would like them sent to a different email address, you will have to place a new order. Paid my fee online on October 3rd 2024 to get my transcripts, was told it could take up to 20 days to receive them by mail. Emailed them on October 30th asking where the transcripts were, they stated "the school" had not reached out to them. I called the school on October 31st and were told they have NOT been contacted by Need My Transcript. I then requested my transcripts from the school of which they sent them to me and received 2 days later -NO CHARGE.. SHAME on YOU!! Taking $$ from kids!!NeedMyTranscript

Need My Transcript took my money and said to be patient, I might not receive my transcript for a few weeks. Two months later I had received nothing, including any communication or update from Need My Transcript. So I wrote to them and they responded that my school could not find my transcript and suggested I get in touch with the school. *******n't that what I paid them for? When I asked for a refund they replied, "Refunds do not apply if the school or district is not able to locate the student record." What a scam!Many commenters here have had the same experience. I advise you to stay clear of this shady business and warn others about them. You can usually request a transcript directly from your school, by phone or online.NeedMyTranscript

I used NeedMyTranscript to send a transcript from my high school on May 31, 2024. In July, the college confirmed not receiving it. I contacted NeedMyTranscript's customer service and was told they would contact the school and update me via email. I did not hear anything from NeedMyTranscript regarding updates, and the second school has confirmed they have not received my transcript. It is now too late for me to enroll in that program. I explained this to NeedMyTranscript's support email and requested a refund, but it has been ignored for almost five days. I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone.NeedMyTranscript

I paid for records I never received. On July 23rd when I filled out the request form on the website I specifically checked the box to have my immunization records emailed. I specifically did not check the box to have them mailed to me. I did this because the records are for pre-employment and I needed them in a timely manner. I received an email on July 24th saying I would have my records in 5-7 business days. I never received the records, emailed or mailed within that time frame. I still have not received them (August 7th, exactly two weeks later.)Waiting for the records via email delayed my pre-employment and has caused me a great inconvenience. I have since had to pay to get my records another way.Because I did not receive the records as requested, and because I did not receive them in the time frame given, I requested a refund. I was denied. I asked to speak to a manger. ************************* is the manager I talked with. ***** denied things were done incorrectly and refused to help me. Instead she was rude. After addressing the multitude of my concerns, mainly the fact that I never received the records I paid for, I was told it was on me to have followed up on this sooner and I would not receive a refund. Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed for your security.I have refunded the document fees you paid to the school for your records in the amount of $5.00. I NEVER RECEIVED MY TRANSCRIPTS. I sent for them twice and each time, I got nothing. This is a SCAM!!!!! When i reached out to them, they said they sent them.... That's a lie!!! It's a shame I truly needed my transcripts and this company has jerk me around. So I will call my credit card company and have them do an investigation on them.NeedMyTranscript

I shouldve read the reviews before using this scam and yes its a scam because when youre given money to do a job, and you dont do the job, and I have to do your job for you, and you refuse to refund my money because you have not done your job, then youre a f*cking scam. Steer clear of these scammers. Call your school directly and get your transcripts either for free or for a charge significantly less than these scammers charge.NeedMyTranscript
