1 starDon't do it. They rush you right in wifh no upfront pricing. First appointment with insurance was over $270.00. I just wanted to get some information, see what they offered, but it's like going to a used car lot, before you know it, they've sold your car you didn't want. I question them again about given me upfront pricing for the upcoming appointments.Never heard back from them . I canceled the rest of the appointments they had set up. Ask them to give me a good reason why the first appointment so expensive. Still waiting for a call back, which will never happen. Go to your regular doctor or ENT. I'm not even sure the person I seen was a real certified doctor. When I first got there, there was somebody there trying to figure out about making payments on their account. I should've walked right out the door then I got a very uneasy feeling. Don't be fooled like me.Stay far away!!!Review fromMax K

1 starSo expensive. They don't make costs clear up-front, my **** **** *** barely covered their expenses, after sinking $1000+ between visits and a "sleep study" (which can be purchased online for $150 and was billed at over $1000) I found myself out of options as could not afford to move forward, after gathering funds I was told I needed to restart the entire process. I have no idea if their solutions work as I never made it that far, maybe if money is not an issue they guys are great but I feel like they should be more clear, even with insurance they are going to extract $2500-3000 from you before you get any help.Review fromJoseph W

1 starMy husband has used the traditional hose and mask c-pap set--up for over 20 years. Although it works well, he heard the commercials from Advent regarding other c-pap options. I went to all appointments with my husband, so I do know what I'm talking about. We went in and the PA immediately started talking about sinus surgery, tacking a sleep study on the end of everything else. The everything else included what it took to get ******** to pay for the sinus surgery. They ordered a round if antibiotics( what ever happened to not prescribing antibiotics unless needed?) My husband has never had a sinus infection or problem in the 25 years I've known him. Then came the nasal spray and the sinus scan. Then, finally, an at home sleep study. Please remember, we went there only for the c-pap issue. After all this, we get a call that ******** has approved the surgery and a date was set. My husband asked about the sleep study and was told that would have to be talked about in office. So now we have a surgery scheduled when there is no problem. If there were sinus or breathing issues, the c-pap machine would not have been so successful all those years. We went for the final office visit and the PA talked about the surgery only, until we finally asked about the sleep study. Oh yes, the sleep study. My husband's sleep apnea is so severe that none of the less cumbersome alternatives would work, he should stay with the system he already had. So, we went in for the c-pap issue and found that they zeroed in on a sinus issue that wasn't there, got ******** to approve it and set a date. Is this a form of ******** fraud? There was no surgery needed, my husband canceled it and we left with no other options for the sleep apnea. We are not upset about the outcome of the sleep study or the recommendation. We are upset that the PA immediately set about doing what had to be done to get ******** to pay for a procedure that was not needed. Be very careful using this business.Review fromJeff B

1 starAdvent Knows Buyer Beware For the initial 30 minute visit, they charged my insurance company $959, and i didn't see a doctor. The physician assistants came in and did the tests. Response was we don't see anything right now, until you complete more testing. Nope, i didnt want to incur any extra costs for my initial visit because i didnt believe they had an approach for me. Now i am responsible for $365 in deductible visit. 30 minutes of a physician assistants time, and no answers.Advent Doesn't KnowReview fromSkully

1 starHorrible experience. Charged my insurance company 4x what was customary, and left me with a hefty co-pay, of which I told them to ***** it. This is a slick marketing company desguised as an ENT practice.Review fromJim T

1 starI was just curious if there was something besides my deviated septum that caused difficulty in breathing from my left nostril. I know I could have corrective surgery but perhaps by chance something simpler. So I scheduled a visit just to have them look in my nose and see what they thought. I have a PPO so I thought an office visit shouldnt be very expensive. During the office visit a little light and camera were inserted in my nose. The health professional ( not a MD or DO) said I would then need to schedule some kind of head scan. I really didnt want to get that involved just hoping for a quick look on options. I never scheduled the scan and thought some day I would go see a ENT if I really wanted the time and expense of the corrective procedure. I just received a bill for $239 after insurance was billed $700 for a surgical procedure plus office visit charges to look in my nose. I was not informed that this was a procedure not covered as included in an office visit. Place seems like a scam to me.Review fromKelly T

1 starAfter the initial visit, Advent Knows clinic dumped me off to the office staff to schedule; they only wanted the full payment upfront before submitting it to insurance. The procedure was scheduled after paying a minimum deposit, which seems reasonable. However, upon arriving for my procedure, they would not proceed unless I paid the entire suspected insurance payment deductible of $4000 before even submitting it to insurance. There is a huge disconnect between the Hippocratic oath of the doctors, who seemed fine, and the rest of the establishment. I canceled the procedure and am now fighting to get the deposit back.Review fromMark S

1 starThis place is a waste of time. Charged thousands of dollars for a sleep study that was not even read or signed off by a doctor. I was told I had mild sleep apnea, and they tried to sell me on a couple of overprices mouthpieces. I questioned the study, and the two ladies could not explain it and they seemed very confused and under trained in this field. So I sent the results to my primary physician, and she had me do a consult with Community Health Sleep Medicine. The consult with the doctor said the my sleep study was poor at best and the results were not valid, nor were they reviewed or signed off by a doctor. So I did a sleep study with a mouth piece, chest band, and a finger monitor for oxygen. Test results found, no sleep apnea detected - review and signed off by a Doctor. Advent Knows is a joke. Overpriced Scam. Do not Waste your money or your insurances money!Review fromMartin J

1 starSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I want to make that abundantly clear, so that other people don't suffer the same fate. I had a procedure done (not the one I needed, but the one they told me I needed) - if anything, that procedure made my life worse. I went to an actual ENT doctor, who was able to diagnose my issue in 5 seconds. Advent was atrocious from the start - good luck getting a hold of someone in any office, other than billing - the company knows how to respond when it comes to taking your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
