Awful, totally awful!! Guy did not help at all and even gave me the wrong fax number to send my proof of check being good. Then to find out he sent my case to recovery services even though I asked to open up a dispute case. Horrible company and I Donn’s understand why businesses use them!!!!!!TeleCheck Services, LLC

Telecheck has unreliable services that they offer to large corporations that determine if a person is able to write a check to pay for items being purchased. A transaction can be approved on one day then 2 days later the check is decline. When you call telecheck to verify why the check was declined they tell you it is due to lack of history on the account. This is the 3rd call with telecheck to verify information, the process is time consuming in the event you are on the call for 20 minutesTeleCheck Services, LLC

Telecheck is unethical in its policies. Return check fees are inexcusably high and punitive. $25.00 is outrageous, and the fee was taken from my account without notice to me. The return policy had not been previously revealed. The fee was levied without my knowledge or permission. Reaching a human customer service agent is nearly impossible; majority of time is "hold". Customer service reps are calm and say they want to be helpful. However, they form a well constructed brick wall of immutable "company policy". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, after waiting on hold, I was disconnected. I had spent an hour trying to resolve this problem, and was passed from one part of the bureau to another. I am in Madison Wisconsin. Ann, at telecheck, told me to call ***, their "collections" agency. Tamika was polite, but immutable, citing "company policy". When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me he was not available and I should put my complaint in writing. I asked the name of her supervisor, and she said Dwayne *******. Since I believe further attempts to get the return fee reversed would be completely futile, I am reporting the them to Better Business Bureau. I have been asked to select a "star rating", which I object to. I don't want to give them any stars, but without one, my review cannot be left.TeleCheck Services, LLC

Tried to write a check at **** ***** today. TeleCheck denied it. **** ***** employees gave me a number to call. Called it and gave the AI routing and account info, plus check number. TeleCheck's AI response said that it had asked **** ***** for additional information and **** ***** didn't provide it. **** ***** employees were confused. I still haven't been able to pay for the damn side door for my mom's house. lol. It's been there for 56 years, is beginning to fall apart, but I guess it will have to stay there longer.TeleCheck Services, LLC

Declined my check at ******* ******. Account had more than enough to cover the check, not by a little but way in excess of check amount. Called my bank, telecheck never called them are ran anything on my account through them. Called telecheck, the wanted my routing number, check number, driver's license number and social security number. Yes, NO, don't know how they are in business, they are scammers. Telecheck if you don't like that, *** me. So not easy enough, not doing business with Tractor Supply any longer or any business that I find out does busienss with telecheck. Like they all say and all the bad reviews about them are correct. Rejects the check. The phone number no one answers. It's a machine asking for too much private information, then machine freezes and gives no answer.I have to put a star for the review to show but in reality is zero stars I give them.TeleCheck Services, LLC

Denies Checks at grocery store and do not provide a decline code. When you call, they immediately want to collect your routing and bank account number PLUS driver's license and/or Social Security Number. Been declined 3 times in one month and my bank says it is not them, my accounts are good. I tried calling. Then requested the denial information via mail. They did not respond to mail. I think they are just fraudulently denying people to collect information to sell. They should provide decline codes on their denial receipts instead of trying to collect personal information. Even the answer machine immediately tells you to prepare to provide your banking information and personal information when you call their numberTeleCheck Services, LLC

terrible company, declines checks for absolutely no reason, i have over ****** credit available on my account and they decline my check without even contacting my back to check available balance. i call customer service and received ZERO assistance. no i have to go to my back and and have cut a cashiers check in order to pay for services on my vehicle because this stupid company is blocking my perfectly good check and offers NO avenue for remediation.TeleCheck Services, LLC
