BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT ACCOUNT USES THIS COMPANY AND HAS BEEN HOLDING ALL SALES FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. If your business increases in revenue, be prepared for them to hold your funds and not release them to you. They will still withdraw fees and any refunds from you bank account. I submitted all the documents, invoices, and statements they asked for, but it's impossible to get this resolved in a timely manner.

Fiserv wasn't who i was tricked into signing up, but now that I have talked to them and have seen all these reviews I am sure they are fully aware of their sales tactics. I originally was contacted through Digitech. He said I could cancel at any time, not making it clear that I was signing into 4 years that I could not get out of unless I wanted to buy it out. Upon finally being able to get through and talk to someone about this they basically said the burder of proof was on me and basically tough luck. Buyer beware and I would never sign up with either of these companies. Learn from my mistake and look into reviews before signing up with these guys.I would give them zero stars if I couldFiserv, Inc.

I was notified 10 days ago via email from Fiserv Risk Management that my account was under review. I promptly answered their questions and provided requested documentation. Within one day they decided to close my merchant account because supposedly my business industry is not supported. Yet, on Fiserv's own website they list one of their clients which is in the same exact industry and accepting credit card payments for the same exact products. Talk about a double standard. According to my calculations they are holding over $10k in my merchant account. I spent all this week trying to get a hold of someone to confirm this amount for me and let me know when to expect it to be deposited, very basic information. I have a business to run and expenses and bills to pay. I have been sending follow up emails and follow up phone calls, only to receive lies such as "we'll respond to you in 24 hours" and "this mailbox is full". What an arrogant and rude company.

This company is absolutely terrible. I started a chiropractic office and elected to use Clover for POS to accept copayments/cash payments. My sales rep. told me that I would be charged a flat rated of about $160. First month I was charged nearly $600...and every month since has been a variable amount that have continued to exceed the $160. I attempt to call and ask why this is occurring. Im then told...your equipment is a 48 month least agreement totaling over $5000...WHAT? This was never disclosed to me and when I call customer service, they basically tell me I can pay the balance or just deal with it. I am a single provider, small office with a stringent budget and they absolutely manipulated the sales process to get me into something I certainly didnt agree too. I called my sales rep 5 times, left 5 messages....still have not received a response from him. Ive called customer service for clover and fiserv ,merchant services multiple times, up to about 10 calls at this point. Majority of which I was on hold for 30-40 minutes and the line would just go dead. When I did reach a representative...Im told there are no managers to speak with, no way to elevate the complaint and I either have to pay out the balance or remain stuck getting charged indiscriminate amounts. I have opened a full inquiry with my bank and will be preventing any further payments from be debited from my account. These people are disgusting and are just find letting a new small business crumble to keep padding their bank account. I'm the only employee of my business....why the hell would I need 2 boxes of equipment with multiple terminals? DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING

Thank you for bringing the stated concerns to our attention. Upon review of the information provided and the account history, we found the account was established on 1/28/22 that included a lease account *************** for a Clover Bundle @ ****** a month plus applicable fees. The Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) was signed on 1/27/22 @ 1:06 PM that disclosed the non-cancelable lease for a term of 48 months. Our records show we collected ****** on 3/9/22, ****** on 4/8/22 and ****** on 5/9/22. The payment of ****** included your lease payment and upfront taxes. This was disclosed in your Agreement under Section 10. Payment of Amounts Due, Administrative and Collection Fees; 10 (c). We also show a call to ********** Global Leasing (FDGL) on 5/3/22 advising that you received new equipment and wanted to cancel and appears to be a case of buyers remorse. There is 45 months remaining on its term due to non-payment. As courtesy, we can offer buyout options to return the equipment or return; ******* to keep and ******* to return. We show that you processed up till 7/13/22 and associated fees ACH rejected from the ******* DDA on file ending ****. There is a current collections balance of ******. Your Agreement can be found at https://sales.firstdata.com//signup/terms/J07gA. The equipment disclosure is on the 2nd page; you must select Continue at the bottom of the 1st page. We recommend that you discuss payment arrangements with FDGL at ************** and with our Collections Team at **************.Review fromMichael M.

Where do I start? I have merchant account with www.startslice.com. I've been with this company for several months. Everything has been going smoothly up until now. Let me explain. I have a construction company that handles small remodeling for home owners here in Chicago. Our winter seasons can brutal, which prevents us from doing certain jobs. Now that weather is getting warmer, business sales has increased. The risk department (Fiserv) asked why the increase in sales? I explained why as abovementioned. Fiserv never responded to Slice or myself. So, I assumed everything was cool. Which brings me to now. On 5/14/22, I had three new customers. Swiped their payments, everything is cool. 2 days go by, no deposit! I called Slice and I'm told my merchant account is on hold with risk (Fiserv). So, i reach out to my account manager. My account manager sends an email asking what's going on to Fiserv? No response. Day 2, no response. Day 3, no response. Day 4, 5, 6, NO RESPONSE! Tomorrow will make a week with no updates. I don't understand how companies like this are allowed to hold our funds for so long with no explanation. My account manager told me Fiserv is notorious for doing this. She's mentioned that in some cases, it took two months before a response. I can't operate in this capacity. I need my funds to float my jobs. I have to cover expenses, which includes labor and material cost. I say all of that to say this, before signing up with any merchant account, find out who the actually processor is. It'll save you a headache, time and money! Fiserv ain't it!!!!
