Clover has recently made the decision to make devices "obsolete" in order to force customers to buy new devices. It is the equivalent of if your phone company called tomorrow and said sorry we are no longer going to let you make calls on your phone anymore so go buy a new phone. What is even crazier about this is they are going to charge $100 a device for it being on your account even if you do not use it. There is no compensation or replacement plan to make up for the thousands of dollars in devices that they are no longer going to allow. It is just a greedy plan of planned obsolescence that they have zero desire to rectify or help with. Be very careful as the money you invest in them will become outdated whenever they desire.Fiserv, Inc.

FISESV is a POS servive company. They called us and tricked us into trying their service. When we found out that they charge credit card service fees, we emailed the rep and said that we do not want it. He did not reply, but went ahead and sent us the equipment anyway. We emailed him wanted to return the equipment, he stopped replying to our emails completely. They charged us $53.80 a month until we found out 6 months later. We call their customer service, and they said that we have to pay them $72 and send the equipment back to them so that they can close the account. This sounds like this "company" is scamming their patrons, wether they use their servive or not. Is there a lawyer out there that may want to start a class action lawsuit??Fiserv, Inc.

Absolute terrible experience with them. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Have been a small business owner for 8+ years, and they shut down my account /card processing machine in the middle of the day without any warning. Tried to contact them and could not reach ANYONE, so I went with another credit card processing company. 4 months after they closed my account, they sent me a bill for over $16,000 due to a compliance fine (which I still have no idea what this is about). Contacted the person who sent me the email with the fine and she said she doesn't know, gave me the number to security/risk and told me to call them. I am now on hold for 1 hour and 52 minutes (and counting) with no one answering the phone on a Wednesday afternoon. I have not received any information on what the compliance fine is for, they just expect me to pay them $16k after shutting down my account randomly without warning after 8 years!!! Horrific, greedy, corrupt company that needs to be shut down immediately.Fiserv, Inc.

This company will blacklist your bank account from all of their clients payment processing if a payment is returned NSF or with any error....and then claim they are not responsible for telling you about it. I did not sign up to do business with you guys, but yet you hold my ability to pay for the services I did sign up for hostage. If I could give you less than one star I would. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with big business. It's all about dollars to them, not customer service. A reputable mom and pop shop would have reached out and let us know they had a problem processing our payment and then worked with us to correct it. Instead these guys just black list the account until you jump through all the road blocks they set up to make it right. When I called them to inquire about what was going on....ALL OF THE INFORMATION I ENTERED WAS CORRECT!!!! but now I have to get my bank to fax over a letter saying the account is still active and in good standing so that they will remove it from the black list. Until then I have to pay 3% credit card transaction fees because I use a corporate card for my business. What a load of....Fiserv, Inc.

will never use this company again. The machine we were using failed. No problem. I've been a small business owner since 1985 and know these things happen.....They were not easy to work with. Wanted to charge me shipping to replace THEIR machine, which they finally agreed to ship me a replacement without charging for shipping. Got the machine. Sent their old one back immediately, which was documented. A month later I get a bill for $16.93!!!! They said that was the bill for having two machines at the same time! Like I said I have been a small business owner since 1985 and was floored with this make up charge. When I called and spoke to their representative she made it seem like it was my fault their machine failed (which the internet says happens a lot with fiserv machines being "compromised"). The representative was not helpfull and said she would forward my complaint to billing and "see" what they wanted to do!! On top of that. We opened a new bank account. When we completed ALL the legal paperwork, to register our new checking account with FISERV they have failed to update our banking information. I finally switched to **** ** ******** to begin processing my merchant services. *** had no problem updating our banking information. 5 months and FISVER still cannot correct processing to our new bank account. Never fiserv!! Worse company ever. I swear I am always talking to someone on the other side of the world. AI make make a respond to this complain but it will never get resolved. They don't know how.Fiserv, Inc.

We have been waiting for money processed through Fiserv for over six months. This is money processed through completed batches of credit card transactions. Product was shipped after payment was noted through Fiserv's gateway, so we are out the cost of that well. Trusted Fiserv to forward the money displayed on reports as ************ cannot talk to the department responsible except through email. They do not respond through email in a timely manner, even if you have the employee's direct email. Two phone appointments were not kept. When asked via email to the appointed employee, the response was "wrong analyst". No alternate contact was offered. No response to the email request. We are still waiting now for our money. I know there will be a "canned response" about finding the account, etc. to review it, but we have been down that road and still no money. Very unprofessional organization.Fiserv, Inc.

We were placed on Backup Withholding from the *** because apparently our information was incorrectly put in on Fiserv's end. Interestingly enough, we've had the SAME information put in for the past 3 years without issue. They claim then got audited, then we had less than a month's notive before a SIGNIFICANT portion of our revenue was being withheld and sent to the ***. Instead of Fiserv helping, they instead just kept blaming the *** and us for not correcting our information in time. I'd like to think that a company like Fiserv would want to HELP its customers and give them a heads up with 31% of their revenue is being withheld. I give them 1 star for the lack of warning and follow up on the backup withholding. I give them ZERO stars on their follow up after the fact. There are other options out there. I suggest everyone explore elsewhere.Fiserv, Inc.

Very unprofessional and shady business. I was told I owed $5 but never received an invoice or notification. I later received an email from collections saying I owed $155, 5 for the payment and 150 for the collections fee. Could not get a hold of any customer service and had to go through Clover. I finally got a hold of someone and they hung up on me. Would never recommend or use ever again.Fiserv, Inc.

**********************. *********** Fiserv different name. Once you contract . They trapped you . I am small business man, I got pos system with their other scam partner Nuvei, POS terminal was stolen. I had insurance. Insurance covered. But they were deducting money from bank account. 100 time think before do any deal with these scammers.Fiserv, Inc.
