An amazon driver delivered my brand new recliner to the neighbor's trash on trash day and *********************** took it. He didn't knock on my door, didn't ring the ****, didn't yell "delivery", didn't put it on my step. I contacted Amazon, showed them photo proof from my home camera. A few people i talked to in the chat would not give me a refund and even people from corporate would not refund my money. The customer service has really gone downhill, along with the items being sold.

Truly one of the worst online retailers in business in ** currently. Amazon forces clients to pay for Prime Shipping annually. If you dont, and choose their free shipping, they will purposely delay the product. They also then fail to deliver the product on time and transfer to carrier *** Surepost for late delivery. The call center is outside the ** and employees can only provide form responses. You have to demand a ** based employee in a leadership role, and be-aware they will not be available immediately nor will they follow up without additional contacts.

I purchased an ebike through Amazon and was delighted at the low price and option of monthly payments. After waiting a week my order was cancelled due to being damaged in shipment. They didn't notify me of this just simply sent me an email telling me about a refund. I thought no big deal, I will just reorder the bike... Well upon trying to reorder it.. They nearly doubled the price! I hopped on to chat with amazon and the best they could do was we can probably do a price adjustment AFTER the bike is delivered. After other experiences similar to this (this also happened with a dyson air purifier) I have no confidence that Amazon will uphold their word. I then asked if I ordered it right then could they adjust it and they said no it had to be delivered... This seems like a very sketchy process... Take customers $$$, then cancel orders, **** up the price and repeat... Very sketchy business practices.... I am VERY disappointed in amazon.

I ordered a Glamcor light and charged it on my Amazon credit card. It arrived and was defective so I sent it back. Amazon gave me an Amazon store credit instead of crediting my AMAZON CREDIT CARD. So now I have a $460.59 charge on my credit card that is due and they refuse to transfer the store credit to the original form of payment. This was their clerical ERROR and they tell me they can't do anything about it. I even requested a check, NOPE! Amazon is a horrible company.

I ordered bookshelves from Amazon. I ordered the wrong one. Directly after I purchased it, I tried to cancel the order. It wasn't even an hour from the time I ordered it to the time I realized that I ordered the wrong one. It's hadn't even been shipped yet. I contacted customer service and they refused to give me a refund. I know I can return it, but that's not the point.

Amazon stinks period. If I could give them Zero stars I would. Cold machines with zero customer service. Do not use ********************** at all, period, end of story. They allow online thieves to run rampant, but then put put a freeze on your verified account when doing legitimate business on a complete whim. The reasons and excuses given for this are untenable, useless, and machine-driven. I hate Amazon, period, and in complete and utter dedication to the non use of any and all Amazon services..

I rarely have an issue with an order but the few times I have I feel like a convict they absolutely treat you like your trying to con them and what your saying isn't true, im so dumbfounded at the fact that I get a message in my amazon account saying my order is lost so I go on their live chat go thru 3 representatives and none of them can tell me they looked into the tracking the last guy told me he sent it to the department that handles tracking thats it no resolution no answers nothing and it's a mother's day gift so now what? What do I do? I like Amazon I do not like their customer service.

Amazon erroneously billed my corporate card for prime membership fees without my authorization. I have made personal and business purchases on Amazon and this is why both my personal and business card was listed on file. However, my personal card was listed as my primary payment method, not my corporate card. I lost my personal card and was forced to get a replacement card. Before I could update my account with my new personal card information, Amazon billed my corporate card for my personal prime membership fee. This was done without my knowledge or authorization. I actually had no idea of the charge until I reconciled my corporate expenses months later. This caused a major issue for me and Amazon refused to correct it. I asked if they attempted to notify me about the prime membership fee and they confirmed there was no attempt to notify me, instead Amazon took it upon themselves to **** a card that should never have been billed without my authorization. I am seeking some assistance here because this is not right
