      I am filing a complaint regarding the suspension of my ability to post product reviews by Amazon’s Community Review Team. After posting several reviews, my ability to submit further reviews was unexpectedly restricted, with no prior notice or explanation. I have made multiple attempts to contact the Community Review Team but have not received any response or clarification about why this action was taken. I believe this restriction is unjust and request the assistance of the Better Business Bureau in helping to resolve this issue and restore my review privileges.

      Would leave ZERO if I could- which is the obvious trend here. Absolutely HATE customer service. I call by phone because that is what is convenient for me THE CUSTOMER. Their phone bot is as annoying as ****, does not respond correctly, and keeps looping the customer through the stupid system. Note to Bezos: If I wanted to conduct my business through text, or chat, I would have done so to begin with!!! Not everyone has a smartphone, not everyone lives where there is good WI-FI. Then comes the problem that 9 times out of 10 the person I get has an accent that is so heavy I can not understand them, nor do they always understand me. Here is an example of huge companies who outsource jobs to other countries because of their greedy need for more money. And that leads me to the next big complaint which is their additional charge of $2.99 to their Prime members for no ad streaming. I finally ended my Prime membership. I vote with my dollars and I choose to not give anymore of my dollars to Amazon!!!

      Seller shipped bird food instead of tortoise ***** It could not be returned but seller agreed to a refund. It never happened despite two rounds of photos of the bird food and two calls to customer service. **************** is a complete waste of time!

      Horrendous experience they refused to give me back a refund even though I explained the whole situation and provided proof of purchase, damage and everything! They have absolutely no courage or bravery to solve this matter.

      I ordered dark chocolate covered cherries. Received cherries so old they were practically white, not chocolate colored.Called for a refund and was told if I can't send them a picture, they won't refund for the old, nasty candies.

      The Amazon **************** Representatives are horrible. It seems that they are located somewhere in *****. They lack knowledge about everything and have lied to me several times. Whenever I call or chat online with them, I get passed around so many times it makes my head spin. Shipping is like pulling hens teeth to get my orders. Either they deliver to the wrong address or they take days to get my items delivered. The same day shipping and the next day shipping hardly ever is delivered on time because they lose it, or have drivers that are just plain lazy and wait to deliver because of who knows what the reason is.I pay to be a Amazon Prime customer, but trust me the service is not worth the ******** yourselves a favor and order from Wal-Mart Plus.

      Have a horrible **************** system. Was locked out of my account from being signed-in in too many locations. The only way to sign in was by getting a code sent. I had an old number listed and there was ONLY ONE option to send a security code through text message even though my email is the primary form of communication with amazon. The ONLY other way to get things changed was to call customer service.When calling customer service, was met with an unknowledgeable woman who could not complete anything, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes while "removing a block" on my account. I ended up hanging up while waiting on hold for a simple task to be done. The next customer service representative was able to confirm my identity and remove the hold and also make the change to my account within 1 minute. They employ people who do not know what they are doing and have extreme attitudes leading to them placing you on hold and wasting your time. They also have no customer service review or complaint service. Imagine they don't want to take money out of the Billion dollar profits to deal with complaints.

      Address listed is from last order received. I had been an amazon prime member for years. I had my hotmail account hacked, which received over 5ooo junk / phishing emails a day for about a week. I am suspicious this might have originated after a similarly dead end security concern with Sofi, after I received a text telling me "here's the code you requested". On contact with Sofi, they had no answer regarding my security concerns. 2 days later the spam email barrage began. In them (yes I still screened), was one from "amazon", which I recall had some familiar search items in the email, which I didn't think of much at the time. 2 days late, I found my account was closed. I had already started changing all passwords, but financial institutions were first on my list and I hadn't gotten to changing amazon yet. On contact with amazon, there was no help. No 2nd level tech, no supervisor. All I was told was that my account was closed and I could just open a new one. The *** on the phone didn't respond in anyway to me telling them I hadn't closed the account. 2 days late, I notice a fraudulent charge for nearly 1300$. Another call to amazon had the same response, and there was absolutely no concern for fraud, security, or even a fraud department to talk to.. The *** advised me to ***ort to my credit card and just open a new account. There was no second level to speak with. The way it was handled was as though it was a routine problem, and I would wager it is a recurring scam, unsure of where it precisely initiated. There is no way to reinstate the account, and no coverage on any previous purchases. They were able to somewhat see the old account via the last item purchased and order number, but no resolution whatsoever. No way to look into new orders. No supervisor, no fraud department, absolute refusal to express concern about fraudulent charge, ***ort, or attempt to resolve. To make a purchase or be prime member, one has to have card stored on their site.

      ZERO stars. By far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Trying to create a sellers account, getting random errors, not one person i talked to out of 20 had any idea what was going on. I get a different answer from everyone from delete it and start over to you are barred from selling. It is my very firrst account with my own product. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you have the dream of selling your product on Amazon then RUN FAR AWAY and let that dream die. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL serrvice.
